Next Stop The European Court

Got the news last night that the Barry and Chris Roberts appeal against the Searchlight judgment has been rejected by the House of Lords.

Great news !

This means we can now go straight to the European Court of Human Rights.

There are various grounds on which we intend to appeal to the court including ;

1) The failure of the senior Judge in the original appeal hearing to withdraw from the case due to a potential conflict of interest and failure to abide by the law as per their requirement to disclose any potential facts relating to a breach of the codes on judicial impartiality

2) The nature of the Searchlight magazine and its status as 'Journalism' in particular its funding links with the government and other public bodies and also its links with the Labour Party during elecgtion campaigns

This should be an interesting excercise.

We will of course not be relying on the muppet and profiteer of nationalist legal problems Adrian Davis.
