Where only certain death awaits,
All who walk the haunted shore,
There you will find the wreckers,
The scum of the coast, uncouth killers,
Fresh from wars, brothels and prisons,
Hands bloody with criminality,

Snarling sea wolves and cut throats,
Who hunt the night in cunning packs,
Their motive is only base profit,

Clutching cudgels to crush thin skulls,

Before the cold black gates of death.



The lanterns of deception in their hands,
Lure the ships onto the razored reef,
Their treacherous beacons beckoning,
The boats onto the waiting rocks,
Where the wreckers mustered await,
In black cloaks and black masks,
Silent as mourners before an empty grave,
For the deed hangs heavy even before,
Its foul and bloody birth takes place,
Then into the lens she swiftly flashes,
The three masked schooner, Endeavour,
Straight from Falmouth and still at full sail,
Seeking safety from the gathering gale,
Its captain seeking the cynosure of sanctuary,
Rounds the bay and sees the lights,
Spins the wheel and takes the chance,
Then disaster ! An unseen shallow shingle spit,
And a vicious tide that runs alongside,
Drags the ship onto the hidden rocks,
Then the widowing reef rips deep,
Sharp as whetted blade into its belly,
Sudden slicing the hull, its entrails spill,
Cargo gushes from the gored wounds,
The timbers of the ship are prised apart,
Waves rush in to claim their prize,
Wresting the crew from the wreck,
Of their shattered and sinking ship,
Screams are snatched away by the wail,
Of a cruel and savage winnowing wind,
As pale petals are torn from a dying rose,
Then scattered, abandoned and forlorn,
Drowned bodies drift upon dark waters.


The captured wrecker trembles in the dock,
That no sailor ever seeks, that of captivity,
The coward that ran from his crimes,
when others chose flashing musket balls,
Their bodies buried where they fell,
without forgiveness, straight to hell,
Stumbled into rifle range of a red coat militia,
Patrolling the coves where wreckers roam,
His blade still wet with warm blood,
Found beneath an ensanguine overcoat,
Confessed under torture to all his crimes,
Weeps as the gavel gives it judgement,
For the wrecker, the radical and the criminal,
Sentenced to hang beside each other,
As fresh fruits for the fat ravens that roost
Upon the oak beams of the Bodmin turnpike,
Rotting at the end of a rope, slowly choking,
Is all the justice that they deserve,
Led in chains behind a beating drum,
Surrounded by the gloating crowds,
Up the steps and then the long drop,
Then moonlight shines upon the bodies,
As a myriad sea phantoms silently gather,
Those who sunk without gold in their pockets,
Exiles from the gloomy realm of Aegir,
Amassing beneath the groaning gallows,
Unseen by any mortal eye abroad that hour,
The ghosts gaze out from empty sockets,
Their eyes eaten by eels and crabs,
Watching the body of the wrecker,
Whose neck slow stretched until it snapped,
The rough noose twists in the same cold wind,
That drew his victims to their doom,
They seize and draw forth the screaming soul,
From the empty shell of its dead flesh,
Drag it behind them in an iron net,
Of rusting anchor chains and slave shackles,
Returning to the sea with their prize,
So as to sleep in dark abyssal depths,
Beneath crashing waves that never rest.

Alex Jones - 911 The Road To Tyranny

I saw Alex Jones ' 911 The Road To Tyranny' today - what a great film. Everyone should watch it. It inspired me to write the following short story ;


The two prison officers, one black and one white on either side of the stretcher, pushed the metal stretcher into the room then turned abruptly with ex-military precision and left. The large plastic clock above the door read 07.35 am.

As the door clicked shut behind the retreating correctional officers he walked over to the door and locked it. He reaches into the right hand side pockets of his blue holspital scrubs and takes out a small, long oral examination torch. Quickly he unscrews the torch into two sections, the bulb and the barrel, and in the body of the torch where the batteries should be he withdraws a plastic capsule about seven inches long. He slides the lock off the capsule with his thumb and opens the capsule. Inside is the barrel of hypodermic syringe filled with a pale blue liquid and a long thin needle about six inches long.

He fits the needle into the barrel and then walks quickly over to the corpse laying on the stretcher.

The body of a thin, white male in his early thirties around six feet tall dressed in orange overalls lays on the stretcher, leather straps tied across its knees and upper chest. He undoes the leather chest strap and with a pair of razor sharp scissors quickly cuts away the orange overalls and exposes the cadavers bare chest. On the right wrist of the body is a prison identification band. He also cuts this away from the corpse and places it in his scrubs left hand side pocket.

He rests his left hand on the upper abdomen of the body and with his right hand he pushes the needle expertly through the skin, muscle and gristle until the tip of the needle enters the dead heart. Gently he pushes the plunger down and pumps the pale blue liquid in the tube into the meat of the organ.

Then he swiftly withdraws the needle from the heart, through the flesh of the chest, and then places the syringe in a silver metal kidney dish on a trolley by the side of the stretcher. Reaching down to the trolley he opens the main trolley compartment doors and withdraws two paddles attached by cables to a small portable defibrilator.

He looks up. The clock says 07.39. He has to hurry, the antidote will only work as long as the tissue damage to the heart has not gone too far. The Sodium thiopental, which triggers unconsciousness is not the problem, it is the Pancuronium bromide which stops breathing by paralyzing the diaphragm and lungs which is the primary problem regarding rescuscitation. The Potassium chloride which stopped the heart is countered by the andrenaline in the shot, but the pancuronium bromide remains in the tissues and must be flushed out of the circulatory system. Unless the heart is reactivated within forty minutes of clinical death then the circulatory system will not recover sufficient internal blood pressure in time to flush it from the system and the body will crash again into permanent cardiac arrest.

With his right hand he flicks the defibrilator power switch on, and the machine hums to itself as the internal charge builds up.

The body lays pale and cold before him, the vital spark of life fled from its youthful limbs. Its eyes are wide open and cold clear blue pupils gaze blindly into the infinite distance of death. A rictus is set upon its face, its lips forming either a final mocking smile or a defiant snarl.

He places the paddles on the chest of the corpse and fires a massive electrical pulse direct into the heart. The body rises and jerks forward in the air as the electrical charge contracts the chest muscles, then smashes it back down again onto the stretcher.

He stands back and places the paddles back into the trolley and unscrews the syringe and puts it back into the torch. He places the torch back into his pocket.

Walking over to the other side of the prison room where a large metal coffin case sits upon another metal stretcher, he opens the coffin lid and lifts out the hand of a white male corpse within. He takes the identity band from out of his left hand pocket and places it around the right wrist of the body in the coffin. Then he pulls a small tube of superglue from his trouser pocket and glues the tag back together again. He places the hand back in the box and then shuts the lid.

Behind him a sudden explosive cough shatters the silence. He turns and sees the body convulsing violently on the stretcher. The eyes are rolled back deep into their sockets and deep breaths are being drawn agonisingly into the once deflated and dead lungs. The newly revived corpse falls back onto the stretcher, lays still for a moment then opens its badly bloodshot eyes. Burst blood vessels form a network of red veins that criss cross the clear blue pupils and a tendril of spittle oozes from the left hand side of the mans mouth. The once pale skin was beginning to flush with a pink blush.

He walks over gently strokes the forehead of the man on the stretcher and then with a tissue wipes away the drool from his chin.

" Welcome back Tim " he says with a deep working class Chicago accent, " Didnt I tell you the FBI always keeps it word ".

Timothy McVeigh looks up at him and a painful smile forms delicately upon the corners of his mouth.

The man leans over and whispers into his right ear, "Now begins the rest of your new life ".

The Free Speech Two - the fall out

It will have been noted by many people the total mainstream media blackout on the case of the Free Speech Two who are now claiming political asylum in the US.

This is for the following reasons ;

1) The fact that they will be able to claim asylum in the US on the grounds of political persecution is evidence that the Public Order Act 1986 is a POLITICAL instrument not a legal instrument. We have been saying for years that the aim of the Race Relations ACts and the Public Order Act were not to arrest /criminalise people based on criminal acts, but rather to arrest them for political heresies. The fact that British citizens are claiming political asylum in the US will embarass the government and the media.

2) The British Army are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan supposedly to bring 'freedom' to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan, but at the same time the British government and the British courts are sending British citizens to prison for political ideas, whilst the closest allie of the British government in the War On Terror is also granting asylum to British people fleeing political persecution in Britain.

The fact that the United States Constitution and the US courts laws have already stated that the 'offences' that the Free Speech Two were charged with are not criminal and extraditable offences in the US, means that this means the British laws are in violation of fundamental human rights that our closest allie guarantees for its own citizens. How hypocritical is that of the British state - whilst we are sending British troops to die for freedom abroad, even our closest allie has to recognise that Britain is not a free society where free speech and basic human rights are protected.

3) The granting of aslum status also has massive implications for the status of other prisoners in the UK prison system. Those convicted of offences such as the Free Speech two if done in the name of political campaigning must now be classified as Political Prisoners. The fact that US asylum laws apply directly to those suffering from Political Persecution on the grounds of political opinion, means those arrested and imprisoned in the UK must be accorded the same rights as political prisoners.

The IRA were declared as political prisoners by the US government and now Nationalists convicted of political offences under the POA 1986 must also now be declared as political prisoners in Britain.

Amnesty International cannot evade their responsibility to prisoners held on the grounds of political opinion - just because they despise their views does not alter their legal and political status as political prisoners.

The so called 'moral opt out' of Amnesty where they exclude those convicted of offences relating to political opinion as 'racists who incite hatred' cannot be sustained when Nelson Mandela refused to renounce violence ( and this was why he was held so long in prison) and Mandela was also involved in violence. Amnesty must now reconsider its stance on those all who are imprisoned for political opinion in the UK.

Whilst Amnesty sheds bucket loads of crocodile tears for Islamic terrorists in UK prisons held because of their intent to kill and maim in pursuit of religious violence, Amnesty will not assist or help those in the UK jails who have never been involved in terrorism, violence, never incited violence or caused violence - the people jailed under the farsical Public Order Act Laws merely have to have been found gulty of inciting hatred ( how do you incite hatred and also measure hatred to see if hatred was generated as a result of a statement ? ) or guilty of likely to have incited hatred ( in other words no hate need be demonstrated as existing, merely that it was likely that some kind of hatred existed at some point or may exist at some point - in other words that something that cannot be measured and which cannot be proved to have ever existed is regarded as having actually existed or will exist at some indeterminate point in the future). WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS !

These idiotic laws brought in by the Tories are not 'laws', they are abuses of power. Their aim was to terrify people into staying silent about racial problems and mass immigration by the threat of prison.

In other words they were designed for a political purpose - to stop political dissent. At the same time as the law denied people the right to speak about racial problems and mass immigration freely, the governments of the last fifty years denied the people the right to vote on the issue.

Both were attacks upon the people and our democratic rights.

The fact that US courts will have to recognise that the Free Speech Two were prosecuted in the UK for their political opinions is evidenced by the convictions themselves and the evidence the CPS introduced to get the conviction. The material the CPS submitted to the jury was primarily political material.

You must convince the asylum officer or immigration judge that you truly believe you are in danger, that you have good reasons for this belief, and that someone else in your position would also be afraid. You must generally present independent, verifiable documentary evidence that shows you fear persecution in your home country or that you have been persecuted in the past. Persecution can mean that you have been, or may be, hurt, kidnapped, detained, jailed, tortured, threatened, killed, or beaten, or that your freedom was or will be taken away in any other way.

The people who persecuted you or whom you're afraid will persecute you if you return to your home country can be the government (army, police, soldiers, elected officials, death squads, or others), the guerrillas, another opposition group, the civil patrol, or any other group that the government cannot or will not control. The people who persecuted you or whom you think will persecute you if you return to your home country must be persecuting you based on one of the following five reasons:


The most common reason for being persecuted is because of your political opinion. It doesn't matter whether you support or oppose the government. People who have been persecuted because of their political opinions and have won their asylum cases have included: people who demonstrate as students, are active in labor unions, or are members of political parties or the government. Sometimes, even if you don't have a political opinion, the persecutor may think you have a certain political opinion. He may persecute you because he thinks you have a political opinion due to things you do, groups you belong to, or your family's background.



Unlike some drunken thug in a pub who calls someone a racial epithet, like Steve Blake did for example, the Free Speech Two were not arrested for causing 'harm' to a specific individual who had made a formal complaint against them - they were arrested for their political activities.

Their 'crimes' involve political material related to their political beliefs. Their convictions were based on political material espousing their political views. The evidence provided by the CPS would have been political material.

THE FACT THAT THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED UNDER THE PUBLIC ORDER 1986 HAVE BEEN POLITICAL ACTIVISTS AND LEADERS OF POLITICAL PARTIES, SHOWS THE POLITICAL NATURE OF THE OFFENCE.

The primary fact is this - shouting at an individual in the street and racially abusing them and causing them distress is a proper prosecution under the legislation - arresting political dissidents who are involved in politics where no IMMEDIATE VICTIM LODGES A COMPLAINT and thereby noone does not gives evidence of the harm caused by their actions, is an abuse of the law and an attack on free speech.

The Public Order Act 1986 should only be being applied in cases of individual harm where evidence can be given by a victim of the harm that has been directly caused, all other offences where the material is of a political nature and where no evidence from any victim can be given to the court demonstrating a DIRECT linkage between the material and any harm being created, have to be stopped.

How can any court measure 'hatred', how can it test objectively whether 'hatred' has been created or 'likely' to have been created ?

or even that an 'intent' to create 'hatred' was present in the minds of the person -if we cannot measure hatred then how can we even be sure it can be 'created' in society ?

In the case of the injured individual we can demonstrate both harm and intent - the accused abused an individual thereby causing them distress and from their words and action we can assess whether their actions were deliberate or not. We can even objectively assess whether hatred was created or likely to have been created from the reaction of the people around that event by asking them under oath whether watching the events generated hatred in them towards the victim.

As we can ask the witnesses to give evidence as to whether what the accused said made them feel 'hateful' towards the victim, the jury can assess whether any hate was created.

In the case of political crimes in order to satisfy the evidental burden of proving the offence beyond reasonable doubt, then society as a whole must be asked for their views on whether they were driven to hate by the words, or in the event of a speech at a meeting then the audience must be brought as witnesses and asked whether hatred was generated in them.

The role of the juror in the trial process is to objectively assess the evidence before them, not to allow themselves to assess the evidence in relation to their own opinions or moral or political standpoints. If no objective evidence exists as to whether individuals or society became more 'hateful' as a result of the words or literature - then the offence is simply not proven.

BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT REQUIRES A CONVICTION BASED ON OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE OF BOTH INTENT AND HARM GIVEN BY A VICTIM - NOT DECISIONS BASED ON THE SUBJECTIVE OPINION OF THE JURORS BASED ON UNPROVABLE ASSERTIONS.


Therefore we must ;


Organise to get Nationalist political prisoners recognised as political prisoners as the Loyalists and Republicans were classified in Northern Ireland. The IRA were allowed to claim asylum in the US for acts defined as 'criminal' acts by the British government and not as political acts, so the fact the acts will be described as 'criminal' by the present British government does not mean they are also not political.

A de facto defintion is provided by the human rights organisation Amnesty International: "Any prisoner whose case has a significant political element: whether the motivation of the prisoner's acts, the acts themselves, or the motivation of the authorities."



The demands of all British political prisoners should be ;

1) The right not to be placed in any prisons where their immediate safety may be at risk from hostile prisoners, hostile racial and religious groups, from hostile prison groups or gangs and also hostile prison staff. That political prisoners be housed in specific political prisons, or prisons with specific political wings, with free association between the prisoners.

2) The right to free association with fellow political prisoners including the right to organise in prison to create elected representative bodies and individual spokespeople who will be tasked to represent their collective interests as political prisoners within the prison system

3) The right as political prisoners not to do forced prison work

4) The right to organize their own educational, cultural and recreational facilities

5) The right to one weekly visit, letter and parcel and the right to meet outside political and legal representatives

For far too long the West has embraced collective amnesia over its past.

Whilst it investigates and prosecutes those involved in crimes against humanity who fought for Germany and the Axis nations, those that lost the war, the victors of the war, the democracies of Europe have never investigated their own criminality and involvement in war crimes during the war.

This is why the new about the investigation into the war crimes of Jewish partisans in Lithuania during the war is a long overdue victory for their restless dead.

The prize of 'victors justice' is that the victor gets to write history and thereby defines who the criminals are, and who are not.

The victors seldom investigate their own crimes.

The sign of a healthy democracy is one that applies universal moral standards, not just against its enemies, but against itself.

For far too long the mythos of our moral superiority has allowed us to escape objective self scrutiny, but the time has come now for to come clean about the past.

The British government has spent 200 million pounds on investigating the events of Bloody Sunday, but it has never spent a penny investigating the crimes of Zionist terrorists against British civilians and soldiers in Palestine during and after the war.

Nor has the British government ever investigated those who were subsidised and funded by the Communist regimes of Europe, such as Arthur Scargill and also those politians who were members of those parties that supported the communist genocide, such as the Communist Party of Great Britain.

Today the Germans are not our enemy and nor are any other European nations, so therefore the time has come for our country to confront its own crimes committed during the war, and also to remedy our historical failure to investigate and prosecute the Communists who ran the death camps of the gulag archipeligo during the ear of the The Cold War.

If we are to demonstrate our comradeship with those nations such as Germany, then we must demonstrate our willingness to prosecute the criminals that still alive amongst us, and not just the criminals that still live amongst them.

The murders of German prisoners of war in prison camps under British control, the deliberate starvation of german civilians and prisoners suspected of being nazi sympathisers and the crimes commited by British troops during the war must all be investigated.

At the same time the crimes of those of all nations, including the Zionist terrorists of Irgun and the Stern Gang of Israel must be arrested for their crimes against British soldiers in Palestine.

The SS officer who ordered the execution of surrendered British soldiers during the war is as much a war criminal as the Irgun gang terrorists who planted the bomb in the King David Hotel in Palestine ( where 91 people were killed, most of them staff of the hotel or Secretariat: 28 British citizens, 41 Arabs, 17 Jews, and 5 others ) during their war against the British Empire to create Israel.

Whilst the EU is quick to pass Holocaust Denial laws and to condemn 'nazism and racism', the EU has never demanded any ivestigations into the crimes of the Soviet Union, the Zionists in Palestine or the Communists either during or after the war.

This is because many of the EU politicians, and UK ones like Jack Straw, were working for and members of the Communist Parties of Europe at that time when the death camps of the gulags were eradicating innocent people in their tens of millions.

Whilst the ovens of Auschwitz were turned into tourist attractions, Europe pretended not to notice the stench emanating from the millions of dead bodies slaughtered in death camps of the Communist regime across our continent.

When the Berlin Wall came down and the Cold War ended, the communist killers and their accomplices were protected by the Liberals and the Far Left who had infiltrated our national political systems.

Whilst European nations arrest, prosecute and imprison people for denying the Holocaust and arrest nazi criminals across the world, the crimes of the communists have never even been investigated.

This is the moral sickness at the heart of Europe, that the innocent victims of the nazis are somehow more deserving than the innoocent victims of the communists and the democrats.

This must change.

Therefore is required ;


1) An investigation and prosecutions of those involved in crimes against humanity and the socialist genocide of the Soviet Union and Communist China - this would include those involved in executions, the organising of artifical famines, running the gulags and those who killed innocent civilians during the Stalinist Purges and the Cultural Revolution of Chairman Mao. Investigations into the Katyn massacre and also the arrest of those that participated in and planned the invasions of Finland, Estonia, Poland etc and those involved in crushing the uprisings against Russian Soviet Union invaders such as in Hungary.

2) An investigation into the crimes of partisans and resistance fighters in all European nations during the Second World War and the arrest and prosecution of all those involved in war crimes and crimes against humanity.

3) Investigations into the individuals involved in murders, crimes against humanity and peace crimes, such as those by the Russian soldiers in Berlin after the surrender of Germany, the individuals involved in reprisal attacks on German civilians after the war and the arrest of those involved in the torture and murder of civilians labelled as 'collaborators' in cities such as Paris after the end of the war.

4) An investigation set up to look into the murders of British soldiers in Palestine by members of the Stern Gang and Irgun with the intent to extradite and prosecute any living terrorists.
