Drugs - Regulation The Third Way

Here we go again - another liberal calling for drugs to be legalised.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2008/aug/13/drugs.legislation

This is simply wrong - the idea that heroin use will go down because heroin dealers will not go to prison for dealing it is bollocks.

All legalisation will do is put billions more in the pockets of the Taliban.

The answer is not legalisation.

The answer is not decriminalisation.

The answer is not prohibition.

THE ANSWER IS REGULATION.

Those who have a genuine medical reason to be prescribed any drug eg cancer, depression, stress, MS etc etc should be able to apply for a license from their doctor to use, possess and buy those drugs from licensed outlets.

Those with a medical condition such as MS, stress, cancer etc should be licensed to be able to grow their own cannabis at home - and then use and possess the drugs they grow.

At the moment an MS sufferer will go to prison for growing their own dope - this is a state sanctioned crime against humanity.

ANY PERSON IN PAIN DENIED A DRUG THAT CAN HELP THEM IS A VICTIM OF A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.

There is no medical reason why people should use street heroin - as they can get better purer pain killers off of their doctors already.

Those on heroin are not victims - they are criminals.

They choose to get high because they like it.

A victim of heroin would be someone held down and injected forcibly with heroin month after month until they became an addict.

That never happens.

They use heroin by choice and force themselves into addiction.

They are idiots and criminals - not victims.

They thrive on the myth of victimhood - as they Can explioit everyone around them and blame them for their own actions.

The announcement that people will be tested with ecstacy and LSD as a way to assist their therapy eg with depression is evidence that those drugs have a role to play aand should be licensed.

But those that use crack cocaine and heroin should be in complusory rehab units not on the streets.

Those that sell heroin and crack should be in prison.

Those that import it should be executed.

These damned idiot liberals know nothing about the real world - none of them have ever lost family members to drugs.

I have - and a heroin addicT with a license to use and buy their drugs is like a dead man walking.
