A WHITE South African man has been granted refugee status in Canada after an immigration board ruled that his “fear of persecution by African South Africans” was justified.



Brandon Huntley, 31, who grew up in Mowbray, Cape Town, made his refugee claim in April last year.

On Thursday, in Ottawa, Ontario, the only member of the immigration board to hear Huntley’s application, William Davis, ruled that Huntley would “stick out like a sore thumb due to his colour in any part of the country”.

Davis added that the unemployed irrigation sprinkler salesman had given “clear and convincing” proof of the state’s “inability or unwillingness to protect him”.

Huntley’s lawyer, Russell Kaplan, said that he is a human-rights lawyer who emigrated to Canada 20 years ago to escape the apartheid government’s discrimination against black South Africans.

Kaplan told The Times that Huntley had been attacked seven times in South Africa by black people who called him a “settler” and a “white dog”.

Kaplan’s sister, Lara, who emigrated to Canada last year, testified about the torture and murder of her other brother, Robert, by robbers in South Africa in 1997. Both Lara and Huntley gave evidence in camera in a full-day hearing on August 18.

Between 30 and 40 newspaper clippings were presented as evidence of life in South Africa.

“One article exhibited was published in [the Daily Sun in 2004] by Africa Ka Mahamba. [It was] entitled ‘Taking from whites is not a crime’,” Kaplan said.

The article quotes the leader of the “Uhuru cultural club” as telling youngsters who attended a Human Rights Day celebration to steal from whites because “it is the right thing to do”.


“The judgment was a direct criticism of the South African government,” Kaplan said.

He said that affirmative action and black economic empowerment were two of the aspects that were taken into account in considering Huntley’s application for refugee status in Canada. “These legislated policies, even though there is an explanation for them, are discriminatory. ”

Huntley first went to Canada on a six-month work permit in 2004, working as a carnival attendant. He returned in 2005, staying on illegally.


Foreign Affairs spokesman Ronnie Mamoepa said it would have been “preferable, before such a decision was made, that the South African government’s view was sought. “Quite clearly, the allegations are as preposterous as they are laughable — which they would be if they were not serious,” he said.

A white South African man has been granted refugee status in Canada after an immigration board ruled he faces persecution if he is returned to his native country.

Brandon Huntley, 31, from Cape Town, said he had been stabbed three times by black robbers, who called him a 'white dog' and a 'settler' - a reference to South Africa's colonial past based on racial apartheid.

He told the panel: 'There's a hatred of what we did to them and it's all about the colour of your skin.'

Board chairman William Davis said: 'I find the claimant would stand out like a sore thumb due to his colour in any part of the country.'

He claimed Mr Huntley's evidence showed 'a picture of indifference and inability or unwillingness of the South African government to protect white South Africans from persecution by African South Africans'.

It is thought to be the first time a white South African man has been granted refugee status in Canada claiming he was the victim of black aggression said his lawyer Russell Kaplan.

Speaking about black on white violence in South Africa, Mr Huntley said: 'There’s a hatred of what we did to them and it’s all about the colour of your skin.'

Mr Huntley first travelled to Canada on a six-month work permit in 2004 to work as a carnival attendant.

He returned to South Africa and then went back to work in Canada in 2005 for a year and stayed illegally for an additional year until he made a refugee claim in April 2008.

He grew up in the affluent Cape Town suburb of Mowbray close to the slopes of the Devil’s Peak next to Table Mountain.

He told the paper: 'If you have got the money, you can protect yourself.'

Most middle class South African can afford 24-hours armed security, electric fences, guard dogs and security beams.

However many whites can’t and are seen as vulnerable to the country’s serious crime problem.

Mr Davis said Mr Huntley’s 'subjective fear of persecution remained constant and consistent” up to the time he made his refugee claim.

The board’s decision also took account of the lawyer’s sister, Laura Kaplan, 41, who left her native South Africa for Canada last year.

She testified that she had been threatened by armed black South Africans and said her brother Robert was left for dead after being shot three times and tortured during a violent burglary in 1997.

There are an average of 50 murders a day in South Africa, 150 rapes of women, 350 violent robberies, 40 car-jackings and 220 car thefts.

President Jacob Zuma has said fighting crime is his number one priority and ministers have wanted to give police wider licence to shoot criminals but the high crime and corruption rates remains stubborn.

Barely a day goes past without media reports of horrific crimes where victims are beaten or killed. Black people bare the brunt of most violence in townships surrounding the large cities but they often go unreported.

Many white South Africans have packed up and left, moving to Canada, Australia and the UK blaming crime and positive discrimination in the job market in favour of non-whites many of whom received little or poor education opportunities during apartheid.

The Liberal Media, Africa, China and The Demonisation Process

Last week Channel 4 news broadcast the first interview with rebel fighter Laurent Nkunda's whose rebel army has been fighting government troops in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Rather than celebrate the bravery of this Congolese patriot and defender of the African peoples, the liberal media call him a war criminal.

Yet when you read the articles below how the legacy of the end of the European empires in Africa has allowed the Chinese to begin the systematic theft, rape and robbery of Africa from the indigenous African people, you can see a new tragedy has been allowed to develop in Africa.

This time though whilst China robs Africa and steals its resources the West stays silent.

The reason why the West stays silent is because we are also the same criminal elite that funds, trades with and profits from dealing with China.

Whilst China starts wars in Africa and impoverishes the African people, the West throws development aid at Africa whilst making billions from trading with China and throwing British workers on the dole.

It is the greatest scadal in history - and yet no-one in the media will discuss it as the corporate media is a puppet of the same corporations that are causing the tragedies in Africa.

In the interview the general gives his reasons for the rebellion against the corrupt government of the Congo.

In the interview he explains the aim of the rebel army is threefold - National Security , a National Army and a stable economy not based on corruption.

The main reason for the rebellion though as he stated, is to prevent the theft of the Congo by the Chinese. The Chinese are in the process of using Africa as 'Lebensraum', Living Space, and also as the basis of the mineral resources the Chinese economy demands.

Chinese money, mainly dollars and pounds made from trade with Britain and Amerca, is funding the despots and murderers of Africa from the Sudan to Zimbabwe.

Mugabe's Zanu-PF has received Chinese money for at least 30 years; Zanu-PF's national headquarters in Harare - found, aptly enough, on Rotten Row - was built by China.

Yet the media do not mention this at all - and the reason why is because the media are the mouthpeices of the same corporate elite that are profiting from trade and globalism with China.

China is the main backer of Zimbabwe and South Africa. This is why South Africa has not abandoned Zimbabwe because China is the power broker of the African continent.

The government of Congo have betrayed their own people by selling the land, the people and the resources of the Congo to the Chinese.

Laurent Nkunda, a devout Pentecostal Christian, launched his rebellion to protect his people and to save the Congo from the economic colonisation of China.

For this the media have accused him of being a criminal.

If he is a criminal then so were the founding fathers of America who fought the American Revolution against the British Empire.

Reliable information on Beijing's African adventure is hard to come by. But we do know that trade between China and the world's poorest continent totalled about £30 billion last year - a sixfold increase since 2000.

China now buys about one third of its oil from Africa, mainly from Angola, where an £800 million deal to develop a new field was signed last May, and from Sudan, where Beijing built a 900-mile pipeline and invested at least £8 billion. China is spending another £1.2 billion on a new offshore oilfield in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Beijing has acquired mines in Zambia, textile factories in Lesotho, railways in Uganda, timber in the Central African Republic and retail developments in almost every capital.

The reasoning behind China's new focus on Africa is simple. If its economic boom is to be sustained, Beijing must find more raw materials and new markets for manufactured goods. Chinese oil consumption is forecast to grow by at least 10 per cent every year for the foreseeable future. At this level of demand, its domestic reserves will vanish within 20 years.

Thanks to Beijing's interest in Sudan's oil, President Omar al-Bashir's regime in Khartoum has received a windfall. Ten years ago, Sudan's oil revenues were negligible; last year, Chinese investment ensured that they totalled at least £3 billion.

Without this ready cash, Mr Bashir could never have sustained the war in Darfur, where four years of fighting have claimed about 300,000 lives, either from violence, starvation or disease. The military machine that has laid waste to vast tracts of land, forcing hundreds of thousands to flee their homes, was, in effect, bankrolled by Beijing. Moreover, China has sold weapons directly to Sudan, notably Fantan ground attack aircraft.

Elsewhere, China provides a convenient alternative for African leaders spurned by the West for their human rights abuses. Devoid of aid and foreign investment, President Robert Mugabe's regime in Zimbabwe would be entirely isolated but for China's backing. Beijing has given Mugabe civilian and military aircraft, and its experts helped design a new mansion for the old dictator, in the style of a Chinese pagoda.

In the greatest movement of people the world has ever seen, China is secretly working to turn the entire continent into a new colony.

Reminiscent of the West's imperial push in the 18th and 19th centuries - but on a much more dramatic, determined scale - China's rulers believe Africa can become a 'satellite' state, solving its own problems of over-population and shortage of natural resources at a stroke.

With little fanfare, a staggering 750,000 Chinese have settled in Africa over the past decade. More are on the way.

The strategy has been carefully devised by officials in Beijing, where one expert has estimated that China will eventually need to send 300 million people to Africa to solve the problems of over-population and pollution.

The plans appear on track. Across Africa, the red flag of China is flying. Lucrative deals are being struck to buy its commodities - oil, platinum, gold and minerals. New embassies and air routes are opening up. The continent's new Chinese elite can be seen everywhere, shopping at their own expensive boutiques, driving Mercedes and BMW limousines, sending their children to exclusive private schools.

The pot-holed roads are cluttered with Chinese buses, taking people to markets filled with cheap Chinese goods. More than a thousand miles of new Chinese railroads are crisscrossing the continent, carrying billions of tons of illegally-logged timber, diamonds and gold.

Confucius Institutes (state-funded Chinese 'cultural centres') have sprung up throughout Africa, as far afield as the tiny land-locked countries of Burundi and Rwanda, teaching baffled local people how to do business in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Massive dams are being built, flooding nature reserves. The land is scarred with giant Chinese mines, with 'slave' labourers paid less than £1 a day to extract ore and minerals.

Pristine forests are being destroyed, with China taking up to 70 per cent of all timber from Africa.

All over this great continent, the Chinese presence is swelling into a flood. Angola has its own 'Chinatown', as do great African cities such as Dar es Salaam and Nairobi.

Exclusive, gated compounds, serving only Chinese food, and where no blacks are allowed, are being built all over the continent. 'African cloths' sold in markets on the continent are now almost always imported, bearing the legend: 'Made in China'.
From Nigeria in the north, to Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Angola in the west, across Chad and Sudan in the east, and south through Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique, China has seized a vice-like grip on a continent which officials have decided is crucial to the superpower's long-term survival.

'The Chinese are all over the place,' says Trevor Ncube, a prominent African businessman with publishing interests around the continent. 'If the British were our masters yesterday, the Chinese have taken their place.'

Likened to one race deciding to adopt a new home on another planet, Beijing has launched its so-called 'One China In Africa' policy because of crippling pressure on its own natural resources in a country where the population has almost trebled from 500 million to 1.3 billion in 50 years.

China is hungry - for land, food and energy. While accounting for a fifth of the world's population, its oil consumption has risen 35-fold in the past decade and Africa is now providing a third of it; imports of steel, copper and aluminium have also shot up, with Beijing devouring 80 per cent of world supplies.

This is the legacy of the European Empires - craven surrender to the Chinese Empire through liberal guilt and capitalist greed.

I say that a victory for Laurent Nkunda is a victory for Africa and the Congolese people.

Fergal Keane and the Blood on his hands

There was a very interesting documentary on Panorama last night by the leftist journalist Fergal Keane. This was Keane returning to South Africa after he had fled the country after the fall of Apartheid, an option that most WHITE South Africans did not ever have.

Keane was one of the main propagandists for the ANC during his years as a BBC journalist in South Africa.

Like the rest of the verminous journalist sub species ( Homo Ratus ) Keane was one of the first to jump the sinking ship once he had finished gnawing away at its foundations sufficently to ensure it sunk.

It was journalists like Keane with their biased, political pro-ANC propaganda that ensured the world had a distorted and one sided view of South Africa under apartheid.

It was people like Keane who supported the ANC and who propagandised the ANC who now bear the shame and guilt of the way that South Africa has descended into a corrupt and criminal ochlocracy under the control of ANC thugs and killers.

The idea that anthing decent, noble or moral would ever crawl out of the rotting carcass of the ANC was an idea that only idiots like Keane held.

The ANC was a maggot farm of criminals, gangsters, killerss and psychopaths.

The same thing happened with the IRA / Sinn Fein that was also glorified by the pro-Republican liberal elite in the UK.

The idea that a gang of killers, terrorists and thugs would ever abandon criminality and violence was an absurd idea. Instead they got into power and legitimised the ongoing terror at the level of the streets.

Now we see the communities under the jackboot of Sinn Fein ruled by IRA gangsters and killers who hide beneath Sinn Fein and kill at will anyone who dares cross them.

Members of terrorist groups who used violence and murder as part of their political methodology cannot create functional democracies.

Killers and criminals hold the law in contempt. The gangsters and criminals that ran the ANC became gansters and criminals once they got into government.

The idea that communist terrorists would become democrats was an absurd belief. The sociopaths and psychopaths that ran the ANC just became sociopaths and psychopaths in power running South Africa.

The legacy of the ANC's 'victory' over aparheid was not a democracy, but the culture of violence, death and crime that now dominates South Africa as a nation and a society.

The young children the ANC took out of schools and turned into killers, who they trained to put tyres around their fellow Africans necks and burn them to death, who they taught to hate and kill, who they armed and aimed at anyone who stood against them - are now the poison that eats away at Africa.

The legacy of the ANC was not liberation, it is anarchism, gansterism, murder and crime.

The youth brigades that Keane propagandised to the world as the liberators of South Africa, were nothing more than insane criminals and murderers.

It was Keane and his ilk who sought to portray those animals as heroes, who destroyed South Africa and who know bear the blood guilt of the 50 murders a day that afflict that tortured nation.

The violence of the ANC was depicted as glorious, and because of that violence became accepted as part of South African society.

The ANC turned youth into animals and gangsters.

The youth were taught to feed on crime and death, and the trauma of the violence they lived through during the so called ' liberation struggle' turned them into psychopaths and killers.

The legacy of the ANC and its struggle is that they created a nation of insane children who saw violence as a normal everyday thing and who adopted violence as part of their everday lives.

Today the youth of South Africa are unemployed because they are unemployable.

They consume wealth, because they are not capable of creating it.

They do not work as they are incapable of working due to their drug addictions, their criminality, their violence and their stupidity and ignorance due to lack of schooling.

The violence that the ANC inculcated into the youth has now become Inter-generational violence, and every new generation transmits the poison to the next. The whole of South African society has become toxic and transmits that toxin of violence to every new generation that is born.

These poisoned youth are not the VICTIMS of economic inequalities in South Africa between rich and poor - instead they CREATE the economic inequalities in South African society as they create poverty, crime, murder and destroy society itself.

They are like rabid dogs and as long as the virus of violence is allowed to be transmitted in society via the ANC - then the disease will continue to spread from generation to generation.

The ANC killed South Africa but it was people like Keane who killed the future of South frica when they glorified the violence and crimes of the ANC and in so doing ensured that each generatio would regard violence and murder as noble things.

The white liberals that glorify Mandela and the ANC in the West are the mechanisms that ensure the slow death of all future generations of the youth of South Africa, as they transmit the idea that violence is glorious to the youth.

It is the ANC and the legacy of the methodology that the ANC used in their war against apartheid that is destroying South Africa today, not the legacy of apartheid.

It is white liberal wankers like Fergal Keane who propagandised and demonised white rule who are the agents of this crisis.

Keane was shocked to hear a working class Black African wish that apartheid was back and the National government back in charge.

The decent Blacks in South Africa want order, work and food - not more bullshit about the liberation struggle and black rule.

They know ( unlike Keane who fled the country once he destroyed it by getting the ANC into power) that the ANC are a disaster for South Africa.

The white boss man Keane made sure the natives did as he demanded and got their ANC government and then fucked off out of the country and left them to rot whilst the legacy of his liberal delusions destroyed the country and their lives.

It was the propaganda of Keane that still kills the 50 Africans a day that are dead on the streets.

There was never such a crime wave under apartheid and never so many innocent blacks died.

If idiots like Keane hadnt propagandised the ANC and acted as its recruiters and got innocent Africans to join the ANC movement, then the thousands of deaths caused by the ANC waging wars against its enemies during aparheid would not have happened and nor would South Africa be in the crisis it is in today It was white scum like Keane who beat the drum for the killers in the ANC that bear the guilt of the killings today.

Just like that scum Tony Blair sent the country into war after war after war and has murdered hundreds of thousands of pople in Iraq, those like Keane who also propagandised the same wars bear the guilt of doing the same in South Africa.

It was you Keane who glorified ANC crimes and killings.

It was you Keane who created the culture of death and violence in South Africa that was the resut of the ANC existing and coming into power.

It is you Keane who has the blood of the thousands upon thousands of innocent people on your hands.

You beat the drum for the ANC, you propagandised the ANC, you glorified the children dragged from their schools by the ANC and turned into killers and criminals.
