A few years ago I used to be good friends with a young lad who was born with Hemophilia, and who contracted HIV as a result of a blood transfusion when he was 15 years old when the UK was importing in contaminated blood, obtained from HIV infected drug addict homeless people selling their blood in America.
Now comes this latest bout of insanity from the total fucking lunatic David Cameron.
The person to blame for this looming crisis is Cameron and the Tories, so we must hate and despise the Tories and Cameron and not the Africans who will take advantage of Camerons utter insanity and stupidity.
Instead of sucking up to the Gay Rights Press and lobby groups, he should speak with British people who have contracted AIDs through blood transfusions.
Not only does he want to allow heterosexual people from Africa into the UK who are responsible for the majority of heterosexual HIV / AID's cases in the UK already but he wants to allow HIV infected homosexuals from Africa to be given sanctuary in the UK AT THE SAME TIME AS HE ALLOWS HOMOSEXUALS IN THE UK TO DONATE BLOOD.
THIS IS TOTAL FUCKING INSANITY.
THE MAN IS A MANIAC.
As soon as these HIV infected African immigrants enter the UK then they will be able to donate blood - and thereby cause a new outbreak of AID's cases in hemophiliacs and other people who need a blood transfusion.
All that will happen is that people will refuse blood transfusions in the UK whilst African immigrants will pretend to be homosexual in order to claim asylum.
He is playing politically correct games with the lives of British people like my old mate, who is probably dead now from AID's.
Here are the figures on HIV imported cases from Africa into the UK ;
Africans form the second largest community to be affected by HIV, and are the fastest growing group of newly diagnosed HIV+ people, in the UK.
Since 1997, heterosexual intercourse has become the largest and fastest growing exposure category for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) diagnoses made in the UK;
• A large majority of heterosexual HIV infections recently diagnosed in the UK were acquired in Africa;
• The cost of managing an HIV-positive patient in the UK is around £15,000 per year;
• The total potential cost to the NHS of treating cases of African origin diagnosed in the UK over the last five years is over £1 billion;
Cameron wants to waste more money treating the influx of AIDS infected Africans and thereby further internationalise the NHS.
The 1 billion pound cost of dealing with heterosexual AID's transmissions by Africans will be dwarfed by the rise in HIV transmissions by homosexual Africans allowed to come into the UK - and at the same time they will trigger a new wave of new HIV infections in the UK amongst the gay community whose strains of HIV have evolved to be more resistant to the drugs used to treat them.
This whole plan is not just insane it is illegal.
The Schengen Agreement states that ALL asylum seekers must seek refuge in the nearest country next door to their own countries - and that means no Africans are allowed by international law to claim a right to settle in the UK.
In fact 99 % of so called 'asylum seekers' are allowed to come to the UK when they are in fact illegals, as the law states they should claim asylum in the nearest safe country to their own nations.
That means that the ONLY people in the whole world entitled to claim asylum in the UK are French, Belgiums and Germans and Irish.
The endless invasion of asylum seekers is illegal.
The judges rulings to allow them to settle are unlawful.
They should nearly all be deported and blocked from coming into Britain.
The Schengen Agreement provides for free movement of people across national frontiers within the Europe. It was first entered by France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg in 1985, and was expanded to include 13 countries in 1997. It was incorporated into European Union (EU) law by the Treaty of Amsterdam in 1999 (Europa, 2001). This agreement makes it relatively easy for asylum seekers to move anywhere within the European Union once they have gained access to any member country. The elimination of barriers to free movement within the European Union led a majority of member countries in 1997 to enter into the Dublin Convention. This Convention establishes criteria and procedures for determining which State within the Union has responsibility for examining refugee claims lodged within the Union.
Underlying the Dublin Convention is the basic principle that persons claiming asylum within the European Union should make their claim at the first opportunity.
Conversely, the Dublin Convention is based on the premise that the first country through which a claimant enters the European Union should assume responsibility for determining the claim.
Therefore those Africans who do not claim asylum in African nations have no right to asylum in Britain or Europe.
The 15 countries that have signed the Dublin Convention are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Therefore we are bound to obey it.
Camerons proposals are not just idiotic, they are illegal.
Cameron is the lowest order of pond slime in Britain, a PC liberal arse licking halfwit running a pathetic joke of a party masquerading as Tories.
The Cameron tories are a fucking joke.
"The basic principle [of the Dublin Convention] is to identify the country which initially admitted those people to the EU area." Home Office Q484
133. Section 11 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, which entered into force on 2 October 2000, now provides that all other EU Member States are "safe third countries of asylum". Section 11 "does not allow immigration officers at Dover to send people straight back if they have made an asylum claim, but what it does is to say that other EU Member States are safe third countries whose authorities and courts can be trusted to deal with things in a manner that meets our standards here".
"We then have to apply to the country under the Dublin Convention rule with which that relationship arises, be that Italy or France. If that country then says, yes, they accept that Dublin does apply to that person, they can then be sent back to that country. It requires communication with that country, it is not simply putting them back on the ferry." Home Office Q 480
Gay refugees from Africa should be granted asylum in the UK, David Cameron has said.
The Tory leader suggested homosexuals should be allowed to stay in Britain if their life would be in danger if they were sent home.
At present, under Labour's immigration rules, gay men are often sent back to countries with homophobic regimes - and advised simply to keep their homosexuality under wraps in case local police attack them.
But in an interview with the gay magazine Attitude, he said rules should be changed to give further protection to people fleeing persecution because of their sexuality.
He promised to do more to stop homophobic rappers from coming into the country, and said he would force faith schools to teach their pupils there was nothing wrong in being gay.
It is the latest example of Mr Cameron's conversion to support gay rights - even though he vociferously supported Margaret Thatcher's Section 28 law which banned the 'promotion' of homosexuality in schools.
However, he said there was no need for new legislation to protect homosexuals in Britain. It comes as Harriet Harman attempts to push through her Equality Bill, which would put a duty on companies to promote the employment of gay people.
In the interview, he said more should be done to support refugees fleeing homophobic persecution, and allow them to stay in Britain.
He said: 'If you are fleeing persecution and that fear is well-founded, then you should be able to stay.
'As I understand it, the 1951 Convention [on the rights of refugees] doesn't mention sexuality, but because it mentions membership of a social group, that phrase is being used by the courts, rightly, to say that if someone has a realistic fear of persecution they should be allowed to stay.'
He said it was wrong that refugees are often told at the moment to hide their sexuality from police who would imprison, torture or kill them for it.
'If you have a legitimate fear of persecution, that it seems to me that it is a perfectly legitimate reason to stay,' he said.
And he said rappers who sang songs inciting violence against gays should be banned from the country.
'I think we can stop some of these people coming into the country,' he said.
Elsewhere in the interview, he called for an end to the ban on gay people giving blood. 'Logic would dictate that it's time to change,' he said.
He promised to put in place 'ground rules' to make sure religious schools 'teach equality'.
But he came out against further equalities legislation, saying: 'I think it's much more about culture than about law now.'
And he called on Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams to follow his party's lead and move the Church of England in the direction of gay rights.
He said: 'I don't want to get into a huge row with the Archbishop here - but the Church has to do some of the things that the Conservative Party has been through. Sorting this issue out and recognising that full equality is a bottom-line, full essential.'
Mr Cameron refused to condemn the Tories' anti-gay allies in Europe as 'homophobic' - even though they are led to Polish MEP Michal Kaminski who describes gay people as 'faggots'.
But he apologised for his previous support of Section 28, the 1988 law which banned local authorities from 'promoting' homosexuality in schools.
The law was finally repealed by Labour in 2003, and at the time he attacked Tony Blair for 'moving heaven and earth to allow the promotion of homosexuality in our schools'.
But in the interview he claimed he had never believed it was possible to 'promote homosexuality' or make children gay. 'I think, now, looking back, you can see the mistake of Section 28,' he said.
'I think we can look gay people in the eye and say: "You can now back us - because we now support gay equality".'
