Police go bonkers - shoot the EDL

The media love to say the EDL are thugs and racists.

But the EDL have never executed an innocent Brazilian who they thought was a Muslim.

Nor have the EDL killed a peaceful protestor at a demonstration.

Now the cops have shot at an EDL member, arrested him for a bomb plot - AND THEN LET HIM GO !

This is pure provocation.

Whenever the government wants to clamp down on a new movement they infiltrate it, target it and then use the old bill to attack it.

This is typical provocation to get the EDL to retaliate at demonstrations so the government can pass more laws to restrict free speech and the right to protest.

The police are the thugs, not the EDL.

I bet some police paid grass was told to ring the police with a story he has been told to tell by his police handler.

This then gives the police the power to arrest the EDL members on suspicion.

We have seen this time after time.

The cops are ungrateful bastards.

The amount of paid overtime they have had because of the EDL is vast due to EDL demonstrations.

The EDL have paid for their holidays, mortgages and cars.

Ungrateful copper swines.

ARMED police opened fire during an operation to arrest members of the controversial far-right English Defence League, who were feared to be masterminding an attack at a Bournemouth mosque.

Marksmen shot the tyres out on a van belonging to John Broomfield, who describes himself as Dorset EDL head, as he drove alone through Corfe Castle.

He and six others were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause an explosion at a Bournemouth mosque.

All seven, including at least six EDL members, have since been released without charge.

Armed officers pounced from an unmarked car close to the Norden roundabout as 27-year-old Mr Broomfield, from Swanage, drove home from work around 5pm.

They used special rapid tyre deflation rounds, fired from a shotgun, to disable his vehicle.

Officers, including specialised forensic experts, then swooped on his Bell Street home, removing clothes, computer equipment, mobile phones and passports.

The suspects were held at Poole police station and a police station in Southampton, following last Thursday’s arrests.

The English Defence League is a contentious group that has been leading “anti-Muslim extremism” demonstrations around England since 2009.

Thousands of people have attended its protests – many of which have involved racist and Islamophobic chanting.

However, organisers insist it is not a racist organisation.

A number of violent clashes have also taken place at EDL demonstrations since the group first emerged in Luton last year.

In a statement to the Daily Echo, Mr Broomfield said: “While travelling home from work I was stopped and arrested by armed police. I was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause an explosion at a Bournemouth mosque.

“Five other members of the EDL were also arrested and held for 24 hours for questioning while searches of their homes took place. Then all of us were released without charge.

“There has been no conspiracy.

“There has never been any conspiracy. The EDL is not a terrorist organisation.”

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “Dorset Police can confirm that as part of an investigation surrounding threats to a Bournemouth mosque a total of seven people were arrested for conspiracy to cause an explosion.

“Following an investigation police can now confirm these people have been released without charge.

“We can also confirm that one of the people arrested was detained safely by armed officers in the Corfe Castle area.

“We’ve been working very closely with the Muslim community since last Thursday and our local safer neighbourhood teams have been providing advice and reassurance throughout.

“At this stage there is no indication whatsoever that any of the mosques in Dorset are under threat of attack.”

“We’ve been working very closely with the Muslim community since last Thursday"

Another word for that is Dhimmitude.

Don't give them the escuse EDL, just wake the public up peacefully, make that a public announcement that you will never use violence, that you oppose violence and that any member that uses violence will be banned, it is not official EDL policy.
Don't give them the excuse.

I said to a good friend of ours about a week ago, that the Policical filth would be looking to make a big statement against the EDL real soon; like killing or shooting one of them !

Make absolutely no mistake , we are now exsisting in a marxist,Communist,Totalitarian state, that every part of our system and lives are directed through criminal and corrupt Political Engineering.

No longer think or act in a way, of right and wrong; all actions are politicaly driven and emotionally measured !

No longer believe or try to live a clean and honest life, it does not matter !

No longer save for a better future and retirement, when it suits them, it will all be taken from you.

No longer stay on the right side of the Law, you are all the same, criminals and victims.

No longer be a good Citizen, you will never be rewarded for it.

These are just a few values of a good culture; they are no longer recognised !

As we decay rapidly into an agressive secular culture, there will be no mercy for any person, least of all the scum that has thrust it upon us...

A vulcan they want, a vulcan we will give them ;o)

Just one other thing befour I forget.

To be successful at anything, you must want and need to succeed, like the very air that we breath.

We must try our very best to invoke passion to our people, for them to survive.

Give me a Fever, I will give you a cure !

Give me the Passion, I will defeat and conquer anything !!

Lee,

A speech made by Cameron earlier this year in which he specifically stated he will ban the EDL.

http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Cameron+would+support+EDL+ban.-a0225559024

If you note in the article you published Lee that the police have one of the guys computers and mobile phone. An arrest was the only possible way the authorities could take these computers by force. I suspect that what they find on the computer or mobile phone will result in the EDL becoming a banned organisation.

Welcome to 21st century British "Democracy".

I would advise every EDL member, Facebook EDL member to wipe clean your hard drives because mass arrests are coming and they will use every "racial and religious hatred comment" you have made or "thought hate crime" written on your personal private computers as part of the "review" into banning the EDL.

Mr Cameron said earlier this year: "The EDL are terrible people, we would always keep these groups under review and if we needed to ban them, we would ban them or any groups which incite hatred."

I notice that the Daily Echo has suspended comments. Again!

Handy when freedom of speech can just be suspended at the click of a mouse.

It sounds like the "local safer neighbourhood teams" need to provide advice and reassurance throughout" to Mr. Broomfield and his friends. Broomfield is the one who was subjected to absolutely outrageous treatment. Actual threat to Bournemouth mosque -- precisely none. Totally made up it appears based on "fears," as the release without charges of all EDL members attests.

It's a shame the UK doesn't have more robust free speech protections. We're working on undermining ours in the US, of course. Never fear.
