Government Asylum Incompetence = we pay

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/5781023/144000-asylum-seekers-allowed-to-stay-in-Britain-after-claims-backlog.html

This is a nation ruled by fools who are voted into power by idiots.

Vote monkey, get monkey.

And now all those monkeys that vote in these governments are going to pay for this plan to allow bogus asylum seekers to stay in the UK with their taxes.

Good.

144,000 asylum seekers allowed to stay in Britain after claims backlog
At least 144,000 asylum seekers will be allowed to stay in Britain due to a backlog of claims.

By Tom Whitehead, Home Affairs Editor
Published: 7:00AM BST 09 Jul 2009

More than 63,000 of the 450,000 historic cases that were found to have slipped under the radar for years have now been told they can stay.

Many are because they have been in the country for so long hat the Home Office would have difficulty trying to remove them on human rights grounds because they have effectively settled here.

Officials working through the so-called legacy backlog have so far examined 197,500 cases and there has been a 32 per cent approval rate, Lin Homer, the chief executive of the UK Border Agency, told MPs yesterday.

If that continues then some 144,000 will be able to stay once all the cases files have been looked at, in what the Tories have labelled an amnesty by the back door.

Damian Green, the shadow immigration minister, said: "Any progress is painfully slow on this."

The 450,000 files in the Case Resolution Programme were unearthed in 2006 after the foreign prisoners scandal.

Among them are claimants who should have been deported as far back as the mid-1990s.

Ministers have promised to work through all the cases by 2011, while also having to deal with all fresh asylum claims and those failed cases still awaiting deportation.

Miss Homer told the Commons Home Affairs Select Committee that she is confident that target will still be met.

Human rights laws will be the reason most cases were approved, either because it is unsafe to return the asylum seekers or because they have been here so long they now have families and are protected under the right to family life.

The list includes 5,150 from Zimbabwe, 4,900 from Pakistan and 4,500 from Somalia.

Miss Homer revealed that at least 7,000 so far may never be traced and their files have been archived.

Britain and The Church that protects Black War Criminals

Oh how they love their 'token ethnics' the middle class church goers of Britain, even if they are genocidal maniacs with the blood of millions on their hands.

In the Cult of Diversity having a 'token ethnic' is the ultimate symbol of conformity - if you are a Church, or group of friends you must have one, if you are a football club or a swim team, or a rugby team - then having a 'token ethnic' is how you signal your complete obedience to the cult of diversity.

Of such mindsets was Fascism born, which was also a cult of conformity and obedience to authority.

Legacy of genocide: alive, well – and living in Britain

Both the perpetrators and victims fled the massacres in Rwanda. But now a new law targeting war crime suspects means no one can escape their past

By Terri Judd

Thursday, 9 July 2009

In the postcard-perfect parish church of St Mary's in Frinton-on-Sea yesterday, a middle-aged African lady sat listening to the morning service. In a floral outfit, a simple gold cross around her neck, Marie Nikuze sat as parishioners around her said prayers for her husband – a man accused of having an inconceivable amount of blood on his hands.

Since she and her husband, Celestin Ugirashebuja, settled in the area nine years ago, the parishioners of Frinton have campaigned for Mr Ugirashebuja despite him being accused of playing a key role in the 1994 Rwandan genocide in which 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus were killed.

* The victim: 'These suspects get hot running water... We victims are poor'

And while Mrs Nikuze, 58, was listening to the words of the Rev Don Smith, her husband was undoubtedly considering the ramifications of a change in the law that may now see him tried in Britain for his alleged part in the mass murder.

Among the accusations levelled at Mr Ugirashebuja, 56, is that – as bourgmestre, or mayor, of the Kigoma commune – he used his authority to encourage Tutsis to return home only for them to be slaughtered. He is, lawyers claim, responsible for "many thousands of Tutsi lives".

Previous unsuccessful extradition hearings have heard that he visited sectors in his commune, encouraging residents to identify their enemy, to "destroy and bring down the structures of houses they burned and remove dead bodies so foreigners could not find evidence and discover what happened". He had, lawyers for the Rwandan government claimed, organised roadblocks where he urged Hutus to kill escaping Tutsis and distributed guns.

But the elderly inhabitants of Frinton-on-Sea are adamant that it is patently ludicrous to suggest that Mr Ugirashebuja – a studiously polite, God-fearing resident of nearby Walton on the Naze in Essex – is a war criminal. In Frinton, a middle England seaside enclave where the sweets are still sold in jars, the former Rwandan major has found a thick security blanket. Once dubbed the town that time forgot, Frinton may have battled in vain to ban pubs from its streets but it is determined to put up an equally staunch fight for its adoptive resident.

Should Mr Ugirashebuja end up in a British court, Mr Smith said, he was sure some of his fellow worshippers would support him from the public gallery. Some at the church – where croquet was planned for yesterday afternoon, "weather permitting" – had helped the couple financially as they were not allowed to work. "I think he and anybody else would welcome a trial as there is no evidence to suggest he is guilty of crimes and plenty to suggest that he is not," Mr Smith said.

"His innocence has been proved. The Rwandan government want to prosecute somebody and they will use anybody as a scapegoat. The British Government have been put in a difficult position. They have only heard part of the story, the part the Rwandan government wants to be heard but there is a wider, bigger story that can be told."

Nearby, Mrs Nikuze responded heatedly to suggestions that her husband was responsible for such brutal killings. Gesticulating, she said: "My mother is Tutsi, my father Hutu. He is innocent. Many people know that. My family, all of them, know that."

After almost a decade in Britain, Mr Ugirashebuja may now get his chance to plead his innocence in court. The indictment issued by the Rwandan authorities states: "He held meetings in different sectors, during which he sensitised Hutus to kill Tutsis. Some of the meetings he held prompted massacres of Tutsis at a very large scale."

Mr Ugirashebuja and three co-accused were arrested in 2006 on suspicion of involvement in the genocide. They deny the accusations. A decision by the Home Secretary to allow extradition was thrown out by the High Court after judges ruled there was "a real risk they would suffer a flagrant denial of justice". The decision sparked calls for reform. Campaigners argued the UK had become a safe haven from justice.

Mr Ugirashebuja's solicitor, Colin Nott, said yesterday that his client would wait to see how any law reforms would affect him. "We would consider a trial here to be fairly unrealistic.

"If there was a trial, he would be pleading not guilty."

He countered claims from Frinton that he would welcome a court appearance: "Whoever in their right state of mind wants to go through a trial? Having said that, if it happens, it gives him an opportunity to prove his innocence."

China and the death of Multi-Culturalism

The race riots in China between the Han and the Uighur ethnic groups is proof once again that multi-culturalism can never work.

Lets look at history ;

The multi-cultural Roman Empire under both Dictatorships and the Republic failed to ensure peace even using the most violent tyranny in history.

The multi-cultural Egyptian Empire failed and descended into war and chaos.

The British Empire collapsed into racial, religious and ethnic conflict such as Partition in India.

The Soviet Union collapsed and the nation states under the Communist jackboot returned to nationalism in a frenzy of war and ethnic conflict.

The American multi-cultural society is the most violent on earth - the gang war between the Bloods and Crips has killed 5 times more people in Los Angeles alone than in Northern Ireland during the Troubles. Then we have the crime rates of Black on White crime, and facts such as more people died in America from gun crime during the Vietnam War than American soldiers in Vietnam.

Now the Chinese model is breaking down.

Every model of multi-culturalism throughout history has failed - and they have all collapsed into race wars, civil wars and resurgent extreme nationalism.

From Dictatorship, Communism, Roman Imperial Fascism, Monarchy, Democracy and Tyranny - each of these political models have failed to ensure the viability and cohesion of any multi-cultural society.

Multi-culturalism is the seed bed of chaos and war.

The aim of multi--culturalism is simply for the elite to grow rich whilst the masses grow poorer.

The result of all multi-culturalism is simply the prelude to civil war.

Continuing down the path of multi-culturalism is either insanity or the deliberate attempt to start new wars for profit by the elites.

ACPO Terror Machine

The dearth of recent articles in the papers saying there is a 'neo-nazi threat' to the UK is nothing more than ACPO and New Labour bullshit peddled to the media in order to terrorise Muslims into becoming reliant on the police and to allow police intelligence units to target Nationalists.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2009/jul/06/far-right-terrorism-threat-police

There is no terrorism threat from the Far Right.

The Far Right in the UK is a threat only to its own existence and their own safety.

For instance, " One of them, Martyn Gilleard, was convicted last year of three terrorism offences and jailed for 16 years. The self-confessed fan of Nazi Germany had kept nail bombs under a bed at his home in Goole, east Yorkshire."

So this nutter kept nail bombs under his own bed.

Oh yes, real professionals eh.

Along with the jam jar collector, mummys boys and tennis ball terrorists ( the collection of insane schizophrenics 'white supremacist' terrorists arrested over recent years)we can see that a real threat exists, though primarily to the health of those involved in such 'terrorist 'activities' rather than anyone else in the community.

In fact if care in the community were no longer in operation, most of the 'terrorists' arrested over recnt years would have been locked up before they attempted to blow themselves, or others, up.

As for the capacity of 300 'right wing extremists' to work together !

To paraphrase the old Trostkyite joke 'If you get 5 right wing extremists in a room, 1 will be working for Searchlight, 1 will be an undercover police officer and the other three represent at least seven different organisations each of which hate each other more than they have ever hated any mutual enemies.'

The idea that there are 300 right wing terrorists in the UK, as peddled in the papers, is utter bullshit.

The IRA at the height of its terror campaign had only 150 active service operatives.

You would be lucky to see 150 people these days at a nationalist rock gig with free beer on offer.

Therefore we can assume the following ;

1) This is an attempt to get muslims terrified enough to trust the police and thereby give more intelligence about extremist Muslims in their own communities.

2) This is the start of a major False Flag operation by sections of the covert UK Shadow Government and forces from the Military-Industrial Block designed to destabilise the UK and al;low them to use the various emergency acts they have passed in order to pacify the population - ahead possibly of a total collapse of the economic system leading to mass civil unrest.

3) This is ACPO making up lies for the benefit of their political masters in the Labour Party, as ACPO is a private company of gangsters run by the Labour Party as its own politically correct police force.

4) This is an attempt to target, harass and intimidate Nationalists as the elite know that a total economic collapse is about to occur and they wish to cut back the support for Nationalism prior to the collapse occuring.

5) That the police and government are anticipating a major terrorist attack by the usual suspects and they want to muddy the waters by putting out the message ' Hey folks, theose nasty nazis we told you about may have done this' in order to divert public anger and attention away from those really responsible for the attacks.

Regardless of the scenarios above - we can anticipate that the system is preparing an offensive against Nationalists - and it is using the threat of these groups as a way to maximise its security powers.

Note the comments by this unnamed copper here " "There is an increased possibility of violence from the far right. There is a trend," said one senior source, adding that the ideology of the violent right was driven by "people who don't like immigration, people who don't like Islam. We're seeing a resurgence of anti-semitism as well."

So in other words this idiot copper and his superiors believe that people who dont like immigration, and Islam, equate to terrorists.

I seem to remember a similar report such as this total bollocks being drafted up by Obama and his team of witless lickspittles in the US a few months ago - saying that US army veterans would be a threat to national security in the US.

The fact is this copper is talking out of his overpaid fat arse - the idea that anyone who is against immigation or Islam is a terrorist is not only insulting, it shows that this copper is one of the biggest idiots I have ever read about in the paper.

This crap is embrassing.

It is embarrasing not just to the public, but it also embarrases Britain.

The idea that our cops who run the intelligence services are really this stupid, merely facilitates terrorism.

If the police waste resources on this nonsense that could be spent on fighting reall terrorism then that is bad enough, but publicising this total bollocks merely suggests to the potential Islamist terrorists that Britain, and the British police and intelligence services, really are that stupid.

Note also the big up for the Combat 18 of British Zionism, the CST ;

David Rich, of the CST, said: "The violent fringes of the far right have shown a desire and intention to carry out terrorist violence against minorities in the UK. The last five years has seen an increase in terrorist cases involving the far right, more than before David Copeland."

The ONLY terrorist group in the UK licensed to run its own affairs on British streets, is the CST - the para-military wing of British Zionism.

Yet the police work with them - and act as the enforcers of the Zionist extremists in the CST.

Then near the end we get this gem ;

Most of those convicted are believed not to have been part of a group. Opinion among those tracking the violent far right differs. Some believe neo-Nazi terrorists are acting outside networks, making it harder for them to be caught and investigated.

In other words - they are saying that the lack of arrests, prosecutions and the utter lack of evidence as per any of these 'threats' or the existence of any such 'terrorists' is merely direct evidence of how 'dangerous ' thopse terrorists truly are - they are oh soooo skilled and oh soooo deadly that they are able to hide, as if they do not even exist !

If there wasnt a conspiracy, then why are the terrorists hiding the very fact they exist ! Say the police.

NO EVIDENCE OF TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS MEANS ONLY THAT THE TERRORISTS ARE HIDING AND THAT THE TERRORIST CAMPAIGN HASNT BEGUN YET !

Its the logic of Dr. Strangelove and nutters - not coppers and politicians.

Yes, this is the insane , paranoid crap of those pumping out this bullshit.

Finally at the end comes the classic Gerry Gable quote - finally we are all able to breath a sigh of relief.

A Gerry Gable quote is a rock solid seal of assurance that you can always rely on.

" Thank fuck for that", everyone says, "We can all now breath a sigh of relief. The story came from Gerry Gable, therefore that means it is 100 % assured bullshit. Phew. That was a close one ".

Reading a quote from Gable on a media report about the far right is like having the article written on the basis of testimony given by the Tooth Fairy.

Gerry Gable is the biggest bullshit dispenser since the invention of the agricultural muck sprayer - and no-one sprays bullshit with as much efficiency as Gerry Gable.

Therefore we can see that the story emanates from the CST / ACPO cell in the Met Police and that they are frantically trying to hide and divert attention away from their owen dirty and legally dubious dealings.

Obama and the New World Order

Just been watching the Alex Jones film The Obama Deception - link here ;

http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-3722937108757488583

I noticed a reference to an article in the film by Gideon Rachman, ' And now for a world government ' as printed in the Financial Times on December 9, 2008 - the here is to that article ;

http://blogs.ft.com/rachmanblog/2008/12/and-now-for-a-world-government/

Read the article and discover the real agenda of the Globalists and the Bankers.

Note the three issues that 'demand' a global government be created in response to their existence, these being global warming, a global financial crisis and a “global war on terror”.

Global warming is a globalist myth based on pseduo-science and conjecture.

The global financial crisis was created by the globalist bankers themselves.

The global war on terror was caused by us being over there - and them being over here.

In other words, all the problems that require a global government were all created by the globalists in order for them to impose globalist solutions to globalist problems.

They control the sickness and they peddle the cure.

Gideon Rachman, ' And now for a world government ' Financial Times on December 9, 2008 ;

" I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.

A “world government” would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.

So could the European model go global? There are three reasons for thinking that it might.

First, it is increasingly clear that the most difficult issues facing national governments are international in nature: there is global warming, a global financial crisis and a “global war on terror”.

Second, it could be done. The transport and communications revolutions have shrunk the world so that, as Geoffrey Blainey, an eminent Australian historian, has written: “For the first time in human history, world government of some sort is now possible.” Mr Blainey foresees an attempt to form a world government at some point in the next two centuries, which is an unusually long time horizon for the average newspaper column.

But – the third point – a change in the political atmosphere suggests that “global governance” could come much sooner than that. The financial crisis and climate change are pushing national governments towards global solutions, even in countries such as China and the US that are traditionally fierce guardians of national sovereignty.

Barack Obama, America’s president-in-waiting, does not share the Bush administration’s disdain for international agreements and treaties. In his book, The Audacity of Hope, he argued that: “When the world’s sole superpower willingly restrains its power and abides by internationally agreed-upon standards of conduct, it sends a message that these are rules worth following.” The importance that Mr Obama attaches to the UN is shown by the fact that he has appointed Susan Rice, one of his closest aides, as America’s ambassador to the UN, and given her a seat in the cabinet.

A taste of the ideas doing the rounds in Obama circles is offered by a recent report from the Managing Global Insecurity project, whose small US advisory group includes John Podesta, the man heading Mr Obama’s transition team and Strobe Talbott, the president of the Brookings Institution, from which Ms Rice has just emerged.

The MGI report argues for the creation of a UN high commissioner for counter-terrorist activity, a legally binding climate-change agreement negotiated under the auspices of the UN and the creation of a 50,000-strong UN peacekeeping force. Once countries had pledged troops to this reserve army, the UN would have first call upon them.

These are the kind of ideas that get people reaching for their rifles in America’s talk-radio heartland. Aware of the political sensitivity of its ideas, the MGI report opts for soothing language. It emphasises the need for American leadership and uses the term, “responsible sovereignty” – when calling for international co-operation – rather than the more radical-sounding phrase favoured in Europe, “shared sovereignty”. It also talks about “global governance” rather than world government.

But some European thinkers think that they recognise what is going on. Jacques Attali, an adviser to President Nicolas Sarkozy of France, argues that: “Global governance is just a euphemism for global government.” As far as he is concerned, some form of global government cannot come too soon. Mr Attali believes that the “core of the international financial crisis is that we have global financial markets and no global rule of law”.

So, it seems, everything is in place. For the first time since homo sapiens began to doodle on cave walls, there is an argument, an opportunity and a means to make serious steps towards a world government.

But let us not get carried away. While it seems feasible that some sort of world government might emerge over the next century, any push for “global governance” in the here and now will be a painful, slow process.

There are good and bad reasons for this. The bad reason is a lack of will and determination on the part of national, political leaders who – while they might like to talk about “a planet in peril” – are ultimately still much more focused on their next election, at home.

But this “problem” also hints at a more welcome reason why making progress on global governance will be slow sledding. Even in the EU – the heartland of law-based international government – the idea remains unpopular. The EU has suffered a series of humiliating defeats in referendums, when plans for “ever closer union” have been referred to the voters. In general, the Union has progressed fastest when far-reaching deals have been agreed by technocrats and politicians – and then pushed through without direct reference to the voters. International governance tends to be effective, only when it is anti-democratic.

The world’s most pressing political problems may indeed be international in nature, but the average citizen’s political identity remains stubbornly local. Until somebody cracks this problem, that plan for world government may have to stay locked away in a safe at the UN.

The world's central bankers have warned that the British economy faces relapsing into another recession – the much-feared "double dip" downturn.

Ford says the worst of the recession is over
A continuing drought in bank lending, evidenced in the latest figures from the Bank of England, and the threat that spiralling public borrowing will feed through to higher interest rates and inflation, are judged by international economists to be mortal dangers to a sustained recovery.

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which comprises the 30 most advanced economies in the world, added to the gloom, saying that Britain remained "deep" in recession and faced a "bleak short-term outlook".

"The recovery is likely to be slow and unemployment is expected to climb significantly," it said, adding that the Treasury could do "considerably more" to fix the public finances.

Both warnings are at odds with recent market optimism and so-called green shoots suggesting that output in the economy may be recovering. But the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), which includes the Bank of England, the US Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank, said it feared that the problems of the world's banks are far from fixed and could easily trigger a so-called "double dip" or "W-shaped" downturn. "A major cause for concern is the limited progress in addressing the underlying problems in the financial sector," it said.

"A significant risk is therefore that the current stimulus will lead only to a temporary pick-up in growth, followed by protracted stagnation."

The BIS cautioned that "governments may not have acted quickly enough to remove problem assets from the balance sheets of key banks". It added that financial products should be treated like medicines and sold to consumers only when they are certified safe, to help prevent a repeat of last year's financial meltdown.

Figures from the Bank of England yesterday confirmed that the banks and building societies remain reluctant to lend to any but the most secure of businesses and home buyers. Mortgage approvals barely improved during May, remaining stuck at a little over 43,000 – some way above the nadir of 27,000 last winter, but under half of their normal level. Analysts at Capital Economics said the figures were "consistent with house prices falling at double-digit annual rates".

Detailed data on changes to the money supply indicated that relatively little of the £100bn pumped into the economy by the Bank of England through its policy of "quantitative easing", akin to "printing money", is finding its way as yet into meaningful lending by the banks to small businesses and first-time buyers.

A small improvement in consumer confidence was registered last month, and there is plenty of evidence of more buyer interest at estate agents and of shoppers continuing to shop. However, for as long as the banking system remains reliant on public funding and unwilling to offer credit, little of this still-fragile optimism will be seen in hard purchases of "big ticket" items such as houses, cars and other goods linked to house purchase, such as electrical appliances and furniture.

Figures to be released by the Office for National Statistics are likely to reveal that the downturn in the UK in the first quarter of the year was even more severe than first thought, though most economists think the worst of the slump is over. A CBI survey published yesterday said more than 95 per cent of banks and building societies expected their bad debts to rise over the next few months. Such write-offs will join the existing "toxic assets" on the banks' balance sheets and make them even less willing to take on riskier lending – the much feared "negative feedback loop".

Most embarrassing for ministers is the OECD's "health check" on important public services. The OECD agreed that, since Labour came to power in 1997, health spending has "surged" but "the returns so far appear modest". Ironically, given official enthusiasm for "league tables", the OECD says the UK's economic future is endangered by the inequality of educational achievement – a factor which has left the UK towards the bottom of the league table of advanced economies for social mobility: "International standardised tests show that the UK lags better performing countries significantly."

However, the OECD supports the shift away from targeting: "The focus on raising the school leaving age and meeting performance targets in education may still be distracting attention from the more important goal of raising core literacy and numeracy achievement." It adds: "Adequate provision of public infrastructure should be a priority, particularly in transport where road and airport congestion, and problems in the rail system impede business and constrain productivity."

Ministers have cancelled this year's Comprehensive Spending Review on the grounds that the economic picture is too uncertain and that, after a general election, "tough choices" may become easier to implement. Still, the OECD said it wanted "explicit" detail on spending cuts and tax rises, adding: "Experience in other countries suggests that a focus on expenditure cuts, rather than revenue raising, is associated with more successful consolidations." At the moment, the OECD claims, the Government is not being "ambitious" enough.

Sharon Ebanks - liar, nutter and grass

So far today I have had three comments left on this blog by idiots stupid enough to believe anything they have been told by the Searchlight grass, liar and nutter Sharon Ebanks.

Anyone who believes anything at all emanating from the delusional mind or Searchlight funded forum of that demented idiot needs to be slapped until they wake up.

Anyone who posts on her site is merely ensuring their details are sent straight to Gerry Gable at Searchlight and Denise Garfield at Lancaster Unity.

Anyone associating with the mad bitch comes under suspicion of being a grass.

For those new to nationalism - Sharon Ebanks is the half black, fake neo-nazi, demented harridan who infiltrated the BNP in order to gain information on real nationalists.

Her sock puppets are the scumbags Sean Hadley, posting as Autonome on Stormfront, who runs the Northwest Nationalists site and UK Nationalist 26 on Stormfront - Tom Simpson - who used to write as 'Wolf' when she set up her joke party.

ANYONE WHO HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE SCUM OR BELIEVES ANYTHING THESE SCUMBAGS SAYS IS NOT JUST AN IDIOT - THEY ARE DOING SEARCHLIGHTS WORK FOR THEM.
