Eretz Zionism Delegitimises Israel

http://www.opinion-maker.org/2011/07/israel-and-the-issue-of-delegitimization/

On 23 June 2011 MJ Rosenberg published an interesting piece in the Huffington Post entitled "Netanyahu Is the One ‘Delegitimizing’ Israel." Deligitimization as used here is, according to Israel’s Haaretz newspaper, a "buzzword in the world of pro-Israel activism." Rosenberg tries to turn the concept back on the Zionists by claiming it is their own actions that are actually eroding Israel’s legitimacy. He is correct but there is more to be said on this topic. First, some additional background information.

In 2010 the Zionists decided they would try to split the opposition by defining different categories of criticism of Israel. Those who are critical of just particulars, this or that Israel policy or tactic, were put in the category of acceptable critics. I would point out that this was a big concession on their part for, if you think back ten years or so, any public criticism of Israel was assumed to be inspired by anti-Semitism. In any case, that charge has now been narrowed down to those assigned to a second category–the "delegitimizers." These are the ones who, allegedly, are critical in a way that calls into question the right of Israel to exist as a Jewish state. According to the Zionists, this delegitimizing approach is, so to speak, beyond the pale, or as the American Zionist leader William Daroff put it, a "cancerous growth."

The Zionists have gone to a lot of trouble to make this process of categorization appear well thought out and researched. In March of 2010 the Tel Aviv based Reut Institute issued a 92 page report which defines delegitimizing criticism as that which "exhibits blatant double standards, singles out Israel, denies its right to exist as the embodiment of the self-determination of the Jewish people, or demonizes the state."

Rosenberg says this effort on the part of the Zionists is a gambit "to change the subject from the existence of the occupation to the existence of Israel…That is why Prime Minister Netanyahu routinely invokes Israel’s ‘right of self-defense’ every time he tries to explain away some Israeli attack on Palestinians…If the whole Israeli-Palestinian discussion is about Israel’s right to defend itself, Israel wins the argument. But if it is about the occupation–which is, in fact, what the conflict has been about since 1993 when the PLO recognized Israel–it loses." He concludes, "Israel [is] not being isolated because it is a Jewish state and hence illegitimate, but because of how it treat[s] the Palestinians."

Part II

Rosenberg certainly has a point. However, one can draw a more general and troublesome message from the Zionist notion of delegitimizers. This more basic insight goes like this:

1. The distinction drawn by the Zionists between acceptable and unacceptable criticism works only if one assumes that the policies and tactics of the Israeli state leading to, on the one hand, expansion into the Occupied Territories (OT), and on the other, the segregation of its non-Jewish minorities, are not structural. Or, to put it another way, that Israel’s imperial and discriminatory policies are not a function of the ethno/religious definition of the state. But what happens if Israel’s tactics and polices are not just opportunistic, but indeed structural? What if the behavior of the government flows from the very nature of a country designed first and foremost for a specific group? If that is the case, you cannot separate out criticism of this or that policy from criticism of the very character of the Israeli polity. Policies and state ideology are all of one piece.

Please note that I am not singling out Israel in this regard (though, as we will see, I do single it out in other ways). Actually, it would not matter if Israel (or any other country) was Jewish, Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, White, Black, American, English, Russian, Chinese, or created by and for little green men from Mars. If any state:

a) is designed to first and foremost serve one specific group while
b) having in its midst minorities which it systematically segregates by
c) either structuring its laws in a discriminatory way, and/or purposely educating its citizenry to act in a discriminatory fashion
d) then from the standpoint of civilized, modern democratic principles, one can justly question not only its tactics and policies, but the legitimacy of the social/political structure that generates them.

This is so whether the country is expansionist or not. In other words, if Israel had never moved beyond its 1967 borders and never set up its wretched colonial regime in the OT, there would still be a problem because of the way it treats Israeli Arabs. Here is where I would take the Rosenberg argument one step further. It is not just the occupation, it is Zionism as a guiding socio-political ideology that is illegitimate.

2. Given the ideological insistence that Israel must be a "Jewish" state, how does one argue against Zionist Israel without opening oneself to the charge of anti-Semitism? The best way to do so is by generalizing out Rosenberg’s argument – by taking the general position that all governments that use their laws to discriminate against minority groups delegitimize themselves. In the case of Zionist Israel (which, we should keep in mind, does not represent all Jews) just ceasing to behave in an imperialist fashion may be necessary, but it is not a sufficient corrective. Israel must cease to structure its laws and social behavior in a discriminatory fashion and for that it has to get rid of its present Zionist governing ideology. If Israel wants to be both Jewish and a legitimate, civilized, modern democratic state, it has to find a non-discriminatory way to do it. As long as it stays a Zionist state, it will constantly be hoisting itself with its own petard.

3. Beyond Israel’s borders, it is the Zionist political and media efforts to convince world opinion that they must be considered both legitimate and be allowed to operate in a discriminatory fashion that are particularly corrupting. To explain this let us address the Zionist charge that deligitimizers "single out Israel" by using "blatant double standards."

This assertion has become so common that when one ventures into a public forum to discuss Israeli behavior, one is almost assured the following question: Why are you singling out Israel? How about all those other countries doing horrible things to people? How about the Russians slaughtering Chechynians? How about the Chinese committing cultural genocide against Tibet? What about Darfur? If you think about it, the question is an unfortunate one from the point of view of those asking because, implicitly, it (quite accurately) puts Israel into the same category as all these other bad guys and that certainly is not what the questioner intends. In any case, there is a ready answer to the question and it goes like this:

The fact that Zionist influence spreads far beyond Israel’s area of dominion and has long influenced many of the policy making institutions of Western governments, and particularly that of the United States, makes it imperative that Israel’s oppressive behavior be singled out as a high priority case from among the many other oppressive regimes that may be candidates for pointed criticism and even boycott. In other words, unlike the Chinese, the Russians and other such governments, the Israelis and their supporters directly influence, in a corrupting fashion, the policy makers of our own countries and this often makes our governments accomplices in Israel’s abusive policies. This being so, singling out Israel is not hypocrisy, but rather necessity. William Daroff, the Zionist leader mentioned above who appears on the look out for "cancerous growths," might find this pathology in the on-going corruptive nature of his own organization’s influence.

Part III

From the standpoint of intellectual debate it is not difficult to defeat Zionist arguments. I have been doing it for years both in writing and in public forums. I humbly admit that (where they have not turned into bedlam) I have never lost one of these encounters. However, international affairs and the fate of nations are not normally settled by intellectual debates. Nor, unfortunately, are they often settled by international law. Historically, they are settled by political intrigue and back room lobbying (at which level Zionist influence works) and/or brute force.

Is there a way around this historical roadblock? I think so. There is a growing, world-wide movement of civil society seeking the isolation of Israel at all levels. This is the same strategy that brought change to apartheid South Africa. And, toward the growth of this movement, intellectual debate is very useful and important. It is no accident that the Zionists point to those who advocate boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israel as the number one enemies within their category of delegitimizers. I think they know, or at least sense, that the BDS movement is the very best long term strategy for those who wish to force Israel to rid itself of what makes it truly illegitimate– its Zionist ideology.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/mj-rosenberg/netanyahu-is-the-one-dele_b_882872.html

The "pro-Israel" lobby's latest hobbyhorse is "delegitimization." Those who criticize Israeli policies are accused of trying to "delegitimize" Israel, which supposedly means denying Israel's right to exist. Even President Obama has gotten into the act, stating in his May 19 speech that "for the Palestinians, efforts to delegitimize Israel will end in failure."

Obama seemed to be referring to the Palestinians' plan to seek recognition of their state at the United Nations this fall, although it's hard to imagine just how that would delegitimize Israel.

After all, the Palestinians are not seeking statehood in Israeli territory but in territory that the whole world (including Israel) recognizes as having been occupied by Israel only after the 1967 war. Rather than seeking Israel's elimination, the Palestinians who intend to go to the United Nations are seeking establishment of a state alongside Israel. (That state would encompass 22 percent of Mandate Palestine, with Israel possessing 78 percent.)

The whole concept of "delegitimization" seems archaic. Israel achieved its "legitimacy" when the United Nations recognized it 63 years ago. It has one of the strongest economies in the world. Its military is the most powerful in the region. It has a nuclear arsenal of some 200 bombs, with the ability to launch them from land, sea, and air.

In that context, the whole idea of "delegitimizing" Israel sounds silly. Israel can't be delegitimized.

So what is the lobby talking about?

The answer is simple: It is talking about the intensifying opposition to the occupation of the West Bank and the blockade of Gaza which, by almost any standard, is illegitimate. It is talking about opposition to the settlements, which are not only illegitimate but illegal under international law. It is talking about calls for Israel to grant Palestinians equal rights.

The lobby's determination to change the subject from the existence of the occupation to the existence of Israel makes sense strategically. Israel has no case when it comes to the occupation, which the entire world (except Israel) agrees must end. But Israel certainly has the upper hand in any argument over its right to exist and to defend itself.

That is why Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu routinely invokes Israel's "right to self-defense" every time he tries to explain away some Israeli attack on Palestinians, no matter whether they are armed fighters or innocent civilians. If the whole Israeli-Palestinian discussion is about Israel's right to defend itself, Israel wins the argument. But if it is about the occupation -- which is, in fact, what the conflict has been about since 1993 when the PLO recognized Israel -- it loses.

It wasn't that long ago that neither the Israeli government nor the lobby worried about the "forces of delegitimization."

On the contrary, in 1993, following Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's recognition of the Palestinians' right to a state in the West Bank and Gaza, nine non-Arab Muslim states and 32 of the 43 sub-Saharan African states established relations with Israel. India and China, the two largest markets in the world, opened trade relations. Jordan signed a peace treaty and several of the Arab emirates began quiet dealings with Israel.

The Arab boycott of Israel ended. Foreign investment soared. No one discussed "delegitimization" while much of the world, including the Muslim world, was knocking on Israel's door to establish or deepen ties.

That trend continued so long as the Israeli government seemed to be genuinely engaged in the peace process.

The most graphic demonstration of Israel's high international standing back then occurred at Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's funeral in 1995, which rivaled President Kennedy's in terms of international representation.

Leaders from virtually every nation on Earth came to pay homage to Rabin: President Clinton, Prince Charles, the leaders of Egypt and Jordan, every European president or prime minister, top officials from most of Africa and Asia (including India and China), Latin America, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Qatar, and Tunisia. Yasir Arafat himself went to Mrs. Rabin's Tel Aviv apartment to express his grief.

The world mourned Rabin because under him, Israel had embraced the cause of peace with the Palestinians. The homage to Rabin was a clear demonstration -- as was the opening of trade and diplomatic relations with formerly hostile states -- that Israel was not being isolated because it is a Jewish state and hence illegitimate, but because of how it treated the Palestinians.

And that is the case today. It's not the Palestinians who are delegitimizing Israel, but the Israeli government which maintains the occupation. And the leading delegitimizer is Binyamin Netanyahu, whose contemptuous rejection of peace is turning Israel into an international pariah.

Sure, Netanyahu received an embarrassing number of standing ovations when he spoke before the United States Congress. But that demonstrates nothing except the power of the lobby. It is doubtful that Netanyahu would get even one standing ovation in any other parliament in the world -- and that includes Israel's. The only thing we learned (yet again) from Netanyahu's reception by Congress is that money talks. What else is new?

So let's ignore the talk about "delegitimization," even though Madison Avenue message-makers certainly deserve credit for coming up with that clever distraction. Israel's problem is the occupation, the Israeli government that defends it, and the lobby that enforces support for it in Congress and the White House.

Once again, Israel's "best friends" are among its worst enemies.

Nick Griffin Supporters Working With the Muslim Defence League

Over on the British Democracy Forum it has been revealed that members of the Nick Griffin campaign team and his internet supporters have been working with the Muslim Defence League.

It appears that supporters of the Nick Griffin campaign are passing on the names and addresses of British Nationalists - including the home address of Andrew Brons - to the Muslim Defence League in the hope that the Muslim Defence League go and attack them.

That fact that these supporters of Nick Griffins campaign are openly boasting about how they are working with the Muslim Defence League is one of the greatest betrayals in the history of British Nationalism.

The link on the thread is here ;

http://www.democracyforum.co.uk/bnp/96277-brons-webmaster.html

Unless Nick Griffin speaks out and condemns his internet attack dogs for working with the Muslim Defence League, then we can only assume that he has authorised their leaking of the names and addresses of nationalists to the Muslim Defence League.

I have been passed information that the details of Andrew Brons and his supporters have also been passed to the Muslim defence League by Griffins supporters.

This information came from inside the Griffin camp and hence I will not reveal who informed me of this information.

But it appears that elements in the Griffin camp want to use Muslims to attack nationalists so that Griffin and his henchmen can benefit.

The collection of information on the names and addresses of members of any political party or individual to enable them to be targeted for attacks and violence is classified as terrorism under the Terrorist Acts.

Those in the Nick Griffin camp who have passed on information to the Muslim Defence League to enable them to attack nationalists are also guilty of instigating and assisting the commission and preparation of acts of terrorism.

Therefore I shall be asking the people named in the thread to contact the police and to initiate an investigation into the allegations made by the people on the British Democracy Forum that they have been passing information onto muslim extremist groups in order to assist in terrorist attacks in our country.

The Gates of Vienna Blog Betrays the Anti-Islamist Struggle

Last night I entered into a debate on the Gates of Vienna blog about how the anti-Islamist struggle and movement has been hijacked by agents of Eretz Zionism and is now being used to promote the goals of Eretz Zionism instead of the goals of the anti-Islamist struggle itself.

A few hours later the entire thread and associated comments were removed by the Gates of Vienna admin staff.

You can see for yourself just how pathetic the Gates of Vienna blog has become when you see the endless list of censored comments by the admin staff on the articles about the attack on the EDL by Pamela Geller.

Link here ;

http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2011/06/open-letter-to-pamela-geller.html

It seems that the entire anti-Islamist movement has been de-railed by its pathetic abasement before all things Zionist.

That is to be expected.

The interests of Zionism and Zionists are simply Zionism and Zionists - they are never the interests of the nation states, societies or anti-Islamist movements that allow Zionists of any race or religion to become leaders or activists in those movements.

It appears that the entire anti-Islamist struggle is now predicated on its being run by Zionists for the benefit of Zionism.

Anyone who dares say ' the primary interest of the anti-Islamist struggle is anti-Islamism and not the interests of Israel or Zionism ' is then censored, villified and expelled from the movement.

We have much to thank Pamela Geller for.

Due to her arrogance and hubris in attacking the EDL she has exposed the rot at the heart of the so called 'anti-islamist' movement.

The Eretz Zionists and their co-conspirators have infiltrated, subverted and taken control of the movement and now use it for their goals, and not for the goals of the anti-Islamist movement itself.

Even those who supposedly support the EDL and are against Gellers attack on the EDL, feel they must abase themselves before Zionism and censor anyone or anything that offends anything Zionist.

The Gates of Vienna and Pamela Geller are merely different sides of the same coin - they both genuflect and abase themselves before the Eretz Zionists either directly (Geller) or indirectly (Gates of Vienna).

Neither regards the role of the anti-Islamist movement as simply to resist Islamism -instead both allow the most vicious, crass and pathetic racism on their sites against all Muslims (when the aim of the anti-islamist struggle is supposedly to fight ISLAMISM NOT MUSLIMS) and both support the vicious racial supremacism of the Eretz Zionists and their death grip on the entire anti-Islamist movement itself.

The anti-Islamist movement must gain the support of all Muslims and ex-Muslims who are against Islamism in order to create a broad front against Islamism and to validate the anti-Islamist struggle.

The anti-Islamist struggle has now become a movement that hates all Arabs and Muslims, regardless of their own personal committment to resisting Islamism.

Even Palestinian Nationalists like those in the PLO are abused and villified even though they have fought and died fighting against Islamist groups like Hamas.

Why ? because the anti-Islamist movement is focused on supporting the interests of the Zionists and the Israeli Far Right - not the struggle against Islamism.

There is no logic in the anti-Islamist movement anymore, just endless surrender to the demands and interests of the racists in the Far Right of Israeli politics.

Instead the anti-Islamist movement has degenerated into a pit of vile racists who regard all Muslims in the same way that Hitler once regarded all the Jews.

The irony being of course that it is Jews and gentile Zionists who are tolerating and espousing this anti-Muslims racism and Eretz Zionist Jewish racial supremacism in the anti-Islamist movement.

The anti-Islamist movement is now a pathetic joke.

Its entire leadership is run by racists and zionist lickspittles whose primary loyalty is not to the nti-Islamist struggle, our nations or our people. Their loyalty is to Israel and Zionism.

The fact that even sites like the Gates of Vienna now censor anti-Islamists solely on the basis that they are not sufficiently 'loyal' to the Eretz Zionist agenda and the racist Far Right of Israel shows us how much the entire anti-Islamist struggle has become a nest of vipers foll;owing their own agenda and not the interests of the anti-Islamist movement.

On the Gates of Vienna site, as on Pamela Gellers website, every evil little anti-Muslim racist is allowed free rein to vent their hatred of all Muslims, whilst any whisper of a criticism of Israel and Zionism is ruthlessely censored and removed.

So we must thank Pamela Geller as she has done the entire anti-Islamist movement a favour by finally turning over that rock and exposing the dirty little secret of the anti-Islamist movement to the whole world.

British Freedom Party Liverpool Meeting

I spoke at the British Freedom meeting in Liverpool last night.

Around 25 people attended the meeting.

I gave a speech which was video recorded and will be uploaded on the Freedom Party website and Peter Staffords Youtube account sometime tonight I believe.

The speech was called The Convergence Of Catastrophies and focused on the various dynamics afflicting Globalism.

I hadnt spoke at a political meeting for a couple of years and enjoyed doing so.

I will be speaking at more meeting over the next few months and will let you know when and where so you can attend.

Thanks to Peter Stafford and the landlady of the pub.

I really enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the Liverpool people and also enjoyed Liverpool as a city and its architecture and vibe.

Eretz Zionist Racism Exposed

For a simple example of Eretz Zionism here it is.

Note that other racist rabbi's in Israel have supported this example of race hate by an Eretz Zionist thug.

Note though that other decent Jewish people have condemned the vile racism espoused by this Eretz Zionist criminal and racist idiot ;

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/top-settler-rabbi-briefly-arrested-racism-row-184757079.html

By Ilia Yefimovich | AFP – Mon, Jun 27, 2011

Israeli police briefly detained a leading settler rabbi on Monday in connection with an investigation into a book justifying the killing of non-Jews in some cases, police said.

Several months ago, police issued an arrest warrant for Rabbi Dov Lior, the chief rabbi of Kiryat Arba and the settlements in Hebron on the West Bank, after he failed to present himself for questioning in an incitement probe.

"Rabbi Lior was detained and questioned for about one hour before being released," police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told AFP, saying he had been quizzed over his endorsement of a book called "The King's Torah" which said it was permissible to kill non-Jews.

In a rare demarche sparked by the arrest, Israel's two grand rabbis issued a joint statement denouncing it.

"We deplore this grave offence against the honour of one of the most important rabbis and leaders of religious opinion," Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi Yona Metzger and Chief Sephardic Rabbi Shlomo Amar said.

Lior, who also heads the Council of Rabbis of Judea and Samaria, Israel's term for the West Bank, is one of the main spiritual ideologists of the settlement movement.

Right-wing activists immediately called on supporters to gather outside various police headquarters to protest, and Rosenfeld said several youths briefly blocked the main highway leading into Jerusalem from the west.

An AFP correspondent also saw more than 100 protesters blocking another major road nearby.

Last August, Yosef Elitzur, a settler rabbi who co-authored the book, was arrested on suspicion of incitement to violence but freed without charge days later after a court found police had not followed proper procedure.

Written by Elitzur and another rabbi, the book reportedly says babies and children of Israel's enemies may be killed in certain circumstances since "it is clear that they will grow to harm us."

It also said non-Jews were "uncompassionate by nature" and that attacks on them "curb their evil inclination."

"Anywhere where the influence of gentiles constitutes a threat to the life of Israel, it is permissible to kill them," the rabbis wrote.

The book, published earlier this year, has drawn sharp criticism from numerous rabbis who say it contradicts the teachings of Judaism.

Pamela Geller and the EDL

As a Nationalist I support all forms of nationalism on the planet - from Israeli Nationalism to Palestinian Nationalism, as nationalism as an ideology is the most powerful opponent of Islamism.

Those nationalists who love their nation and people do not seek to invade and subjugate other nations and other peoples.

Nationalists just want to live in peace in their own borders in accord with their own cultures and traditions.

They care about their own national security, national culture and the interests of their own people.

Hence as a nationalist, I support Israeli nationalism but resist Eretz Zionism.

Israel was founded by Zionists whose views are vastly different from the Eretz Zionists we see in the world today, from Israel to America to Britain.

The Zionism of the Jews who fled the Holocaust, is not the Eretz Zionism at work in the world today.

The Zionism at work in the world today I designate as Eretz Zionism.

The signs of Eretz Zionism are ;

1) It is racist - as it regards the Jewish people as a chosen race and all other peoples as sub-humans and will commit ethnic cleansing in purusit of imperialist goals

2) It is militaristic in that it seeks to use military force to invade, conquer and subjugate sovereign nations in pursuit of its imperial goals

3) It is imperialist in that it seeks to create a Greater Israel instead of defending and securing the original national borders of Israel as defined by the borders at the time of the 14 th May 1948.

4) It subverts the political, economic, cultural, academic and media institutions of nation states around the world in order to empower the Eretz Zionist agenda and at the same time undermines the national based anti-Islamist strugles in those nations as ir promotes its own agenda.

Eretz Zionism is not a manifestation Israeli Nationalism, it just pretends to be in order to disarm its opponents with the tedious and never ending whine of 'anti-semitism' when its actions in our societies are revealed.

The real agenda of Eretz Zionism is to create a Greater Israel, it is not to defend the interests of the state of Israel and the Jewish and Palestinian and Christian citizens of Israel.

This Eretz Zionism an Empire of Israel that includes the lands of Syria, Jordan and Egypt.

It is not an Israeli Nationalist vision, it is an imperialist vision - and hence cannot be regarded as within the parameters of a nationalist ideology.

Such a vision of a Greater Israel cannot be created and imposed without invasions, genocide, ethnic cleansing and wars against the neighbours of Israel.

Such a vision is in fact pure madness.

Eretz Zionists are in fact as dangerous, delusional and as much of a threat to democracy in our nations, and in Israel, as the Islamists.

Eretz Zionism is therefore a racist, imperialist, militaristic ideology that is a threat not just to the survival of the state of Israel and all the citizens of Israel, but also represents an existential threat to all of its neighbours.

Eretz Zionism is not interested in the security of the present state of Israel, instead it wants to invade, subjugate and expel the peoples of lands that surround Israel in pursuit of Zionist goals ;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greater_Israel

Greater Israel occasionally refers to the Promised Land (defined in Genesis 15:18-21) or to the Land of Israel, and is also called Complete Land of Israel or "Entire Land of Israel" (Hebrew: ארץ ישראל השלמה‎, Eretz Yisrael Hashlemah). This is a more accurate translation than "Greater" Israel, which is used in English but has no real counterpart in Hebrew.

The Bible contains three geographical definitions of the Land of Israel. The first, found in Genesis 15:18-21, is vague. It describes a large territory, "from the brook of Egypt to the Euphrates", comprising all of modern-day Israel, the Palestinian Territories, and Lebanon, as well as large parts of Syria, Jordan, and Egypt. The proportion of current Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey included in this territory is debatable.

The Jewish Division of the EDL appears to have been led by supporters of Eretz Zionism, not Israeli Nationalists.

The problem for the EDL was that it allowed these Eretz Zionist extremists into its ranks, as it did not analyse what those people believed before it allowed them into its ranks.

The nationalist struggle for the survival of both Britain and Israel is not just against Islamism, it is also against the Eretz Zionists.

The Eretz Zionists do not serve the interests of anyone but themselves and their own evil and racist ideology.

The attack on the EDL by Pamela Gellar reveals one of three realities.

1) Pamela Geller is unable to differentiate between Zionism, which created the state of Israel, and Eretz Zionism which wants to create a Greater Israel

2) That Pamela Geller is an Eretz Zionist and not an Zionist - and hence she is as much of an extremist as the Islamists

3) That Pamela Geller is a racist who thinks that the EDL has no worth or validity in the struggle against Islam and the defence of the ENGLISH people except as a tool for the promotion of the interests of Eratz Zionists. It seems the complaints of a single Jewish ex-member of the EDL, Roberta Moore, is more important to Pamela Geller than the entire struggle against Islamism in the UK and the EDL's struggle to defend the English people from Islamist terrorism. That is frankly, a classic racist position. It infers that the EDL has no worth as a movement, nor do the English people have any rights to defend their interests, except and unless an Eretz Zionist 'legitimises' them and their struggle.

The EDL is the ENGLISH DEFENCE LEAGUE.

It is not the ERETZ ZIONIST Defence League.

British and English people should join the EDL to protect Britain and the British people, of all races and religions, from Islamist terrorism.

The idea the EDL should be a vehicle for the promotion of the interests of Eratz Israel and Eretz Zionists is frankly moronic.

The EDL, in order to have any logical consistency, needs to reject all racial extremists from its ranks - be they black, white, Jew or Gentile.

Those who have infiltrated the EDL and who seek to use the EDL as a mechanism for the promotion of goals not linked with the interests of England and the British people - of all races and religions - need to be expelled.

The EDL and the British people need to understand the difference between Israeli Nationalism and Eretz Zionism.

The fact is that the majority of those people who support the right of Israel to exist, who support Israeli Nationalism and who support the state of Israel that protects the interests of all its citizens - Jews, Gentiles, Christians, Arabs and Palestinians - have to make a stand against the pernicious influence of Eretz Zionism within the anti-Jihad movement as a whole.

Pamela Geller must make clear where she stands.

Does she support the state of Israel or does she support the vision of a Greater Israel ?

Does she support the rights of all Israeli citizens, Jews and Gentile, and their equality before the law as citizens of Israel or does she support Eretz Zioinist racial supremacism and the second class citizenship status of non-Jews, Muslims and Christians in Israel ?

Does she support the ethnic cleansing of the peoples of Egypt, Syria and Jordan in order to create a Greater Israel ?

Does she regard the Jewish people as superior to all other racial groups ?

Does she regard the Jewish religion as superior to all other religions ?

Does she support the anti-Jihad struggle or is she simply an advocate for Eretz Zionism ?

Does she respect the right of the EDL to defend the ENGLISH people from Islamism or does she think that only Jews have a right to organise to defend themselves from Islamism ?

Does she support Israeli Nationalism or Eretz Zionism ?

Does she think the demands of a single Eretz Zionist are more important than the rights of an entire people, the English people, to defend themselves from Islamism ?

Pamela Geller has opened up a whole can of worms with her attack on the EDL.

She now needs to explain her position or else the suspicions will linger that her involvement in the anti-Islamist struggle is nothing more than a ploy to usurp the whole movement for the interests of Eretz Zionism itself.

Cultural Marxism and the Media

http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/id.9820/pub_detail.asp

Ben Hecht (February 28, 1894 – April 18, 1964) was an American screenwriter, director, producer, playwright, and novelist. He became very successful in Hollywood where he authored or co-wrote stories or screenplays for more than 70 films. He was named one of the most successful screenwriters of his day and won the first Oscar presented for the category of screenwriter for the movie “Underworld” in 1927. The classic movies in his credits include Scarface (1932) Some Like It Hot, Wuthering Heights and Gone with the Wind (all 1939), Notorius and Spellbound (1945-1946) and Mutiny on the Bounty (1962).

Ben Hecht was a Zionist and desperate to rescue the imperiled Jewry of Europe. Although he enjoyed a lucrative career he began to loathe Hollywood for ignoring and evading the critical and “controversial” issues of the day and creating only “harmless entertainment.”

Fast forward to a man who shares the first name with Hecht, namely, Ben Shapiro whose dazzling new book “Primetime Propaganda: The True Hollywood Story of How the Left Took Over Your TV” scrupulously exposes how “harmless entertainment” became decidedly harmful propaganda.

Ben Hecht died before television and cable became a 24/7 bounty of entertainment, education, news, and, as Shapiro so well documents, a vehicle for leftist indoctrination. The fount for that subliminal propaganda is the Hollywood once derided by Ben Hecht and its producers, screenwriters, performers and executives.

In his book Ben Shapiro shows how so many “harmless entertainment” shows were subtly changing our national culture and our mores. Programs that we watched and enjoyed were actually promoting serious challenges to our politics, our morals and our national pride. Conservatives, law enforcement, and businessmen were increasingly depicted as rubes, racist boors, and objects of scorn, while the counterculture was depicted as liberal, reasonable and superior even in seemingly apolitical sit-coms.

Read this marvelous book. You will be enlightened and surprised and furious.

But, who is Ben Shapiro? For starters he is the author of a book named “Brainwashed: How the Universities Indoctrinate America’s Youth” which describes how students and so many of the entertainment elite described in “Primetime Propaganda” got their leftist credentials.
If I could use one word to describe Ben Shapiro, it is his intellectual “diversity”- a word hijacked by the “politically correct” to have a cultural definition that might give Shapiro hives.

In addition to his previous books “Porn Generation: Bad Hair and Botox on the Road to the White House” and “Porn Generation: How Social Liberalism is Corrupting Our Future” Ben Shapiro is author of hundreds of fabulous columns on a wide variety of issues. They range from critiques of President Obama, to scolding Jews who deride Israel, to scathing appraisals of the whining air-heads of “The View”, to toppling the faux environmentalist cult of “Earth-Day”, to the danger of appeasement of radical Moslems, to Obamacare death panels, to the economy and false jobs statistics, to an appraisal of Sarah Palin. I can’t name them all, but to my knowledge he has never written on the battle campaigns of the Peloponnesian War. However, given the breadth and scope of his knowledge and skill I will not swear to it.

I am delighted and honored by this opportunity to interview Ben Shapiro.

RK: In your book you accuse government and leftist interest groups of colluding to shut down all conservative programming. Could you give us an overview?

Ben Shapiro: In essence, the government uses proxy groups like GLAAD to serve as its functionaries in monitoring the television industry. Because politicians don't have time to follow the boob tube night in and night out -- they're too busy texting their genitals to random
women, apparently -- they rely on their political allies to do it. That serves two purposes. First, it keeps television left. Second, it keeps those groups happy, and those are the groups that get out the vote for the liberal politicians. It's what I call the "Celluloid Triangle," in which interest groups make payoffs to politicians and politicians encourage television to work with those groups to push an agenda.

RK: What did you think about Steven Spielberg’s movie “Munich?”….

Ben Shapiro: Horrific. It could have been great. But when you have a militant anti-Israel activist in Tony Kushner writing a story about how righteous Israel goes after evil Palestinians, you know he's going to reverse the morality.

RK: Speaking of “Munich” what do you make of the brouhaha over Tony Kushner and the controversy surrounding his honorary degree at CUNY? Have you seen or read his latest play?

Ben Shapiro:I haven't seen or read his latest play, so I hesitate to comment on it other than to say that it's called "The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide to Capitalism and Socialism With a Key to the Scriptures." Pretty sure that ain't gonna be either fun or intelligent. As far as Kushner's award from CUNY, it was absurd to give him the award in the first place. But absurdity is the mark of liberal academia. The only thing more absurd, in fact, is the American Jewish community which stood by him even though he is an anti-Israel nut job. As I've written, too many Jews are Jews in name only, in that they don't care about anything except their liberal credentials. Kushner and his allies fall squarely within that category.

RK: David Mamet is an apostate from the liberal cult you write about. Any comments?

Ben Shapiro: David is a brave guy. I want him to come out and expose the liberal bias in Hollywood, and join the quest to end it. He's big enough and talented enough to do it.

RK: You have written about “earth day”….do you think environmentalism is another manifestation of far left indoctrination?

Ben Shapiro:It is the latest and most powerful incarnation of far left indoctrination, without a doubt. Deep green environmentalism is explicitly anti-human. Normal green environmentalism is far less anti-human -- it's just socialist. The whole premise of
environmentalism is that industrialization is bad, that human standards of living destroy the environment, and that the whole planet would be better off if we'd leave off the development and move backward. The result is a socialistic mindset that says in order to achieve the foregoing, we'd best redistribute wealth. Only one problem: the least developed countries are the places that are the most environmentally damaged (see India and China). And these people call themselves progressives?

RK: In your book you write about the Association of National Advertisers’ Alliance for Family Entertainment, and its stated mission. Tell us about it.

Ben Shapiro: They have spent time and money purchasing time from the major networks to air made-for-TV movies that are family friendly. It's a wonderful idea. Now they have to stop thinking about that as a charitable effort, and start thinking about it as a business effort.
The fact is that there is tons of money to be made by targeting families and older audiences. They need to create great sitcoms, great drama pilots. That's how they can turn that goodwill into an industry-wide shift.

RK: You wrote about Frank Rich and the outrageous accusations from the left. Any comments about the TV ad of granny getting pushed off a cliff or any other egregious examples?

Ben Shapiro:You see those egregious examples all the time: Glee ripping Sarah Palin or CSI attacking the Tea Party. Those aren't the really damaging elements of liberal TV. It's subtle liberal TV that actually accomplishes something. It's creating characters you like and want to hang out with, who then do things with which you don't agree. Then the left turns to you and says, "How can you be against unwed motherhood if you watch Friends? Or gay marriage if you watch Will & Grace?" That's the stuff that's tremendously effective.

RK: Do you think popular culture, the media and legislators deliberately avoid the issues of Jihad and terrorism and the threats to homeland security?

Ben Shapiro:Absolutely. Just look at what happened with 24, where the terrorist-connected Council on American-Islamic Relations basically leveraged Fox into having Kiefer Sutherland disown the entire show before each episode, just because the terrorists on the show happened to be Muslim (as are most of the terrorists across the world). When's the last time you saw a Muslim terrorist on TV who wasn't portrayed as a victim of Western imperialism? For that matter, when's the last time you saw a Muslim terrorist on TV?

RK: Can you tell us what are the qualities you would like in a presidential candidate? You have written about Marco Rubio and Sarah Palin. Is there anyone else?

Ben Shapiro:I love what I see in Rick Perry. I have two requirements: speak articulately about conservative principles, and don't be boring. That takes out almost everyone in the Republican field. The exceptions at this point: Perry and Bachmann. Romney is a disaster
area and no conservative should touch him. The Tea Party started around the issue of Obamacare, so it is astounding to me that so many Republican insiders want to nominate the ONLY candidate who cannot run against Obamacare.

RK: In April 2010 you wrote a letter to American Jews decrying their support for the Obama administration. In May of this year you wrote a column called “Jews in Name Only”. Both reminded me of the travails of Ben Hecht. Please elaborate.

Ben Shapiro: Everyone wants to lump all Jews together. But just because we're born Jewish doesn't mean all of us practice or even care about Judaism. Ben Hecht had to go through hell to defend Israel and the Jewish people. If I have to do the same, I will. I will not, however, allow the media to lump all Jews together, or portray Jews who do not give a damn about Israel or Judaism as the true advocates of Judaism. Obama is clearly an enemy of Israel, and of the Jews who inhabit it; any Jew who supports him in the next election cycle is a Jew in name only.

RK: You recently wrote a column about Thomas Friedman and the slanted reporting on the “Arab spring.” Is there any hope in that part of the world?

Ben Shapiro:Not at the moment. The hope has to come from within. Christianity moderated itself. So did Communism, with a lot of pressure from us. We can help fund and pick leaders in the Islamic world who will fix things, but we have to stop being so afraid of our own "imperialist" shadow and serve our interest -- which happen to coincide with the interests of the global community, if they'd get over their multicultural nonsense.

RK: Just for the record. Did you ever write about the Peloponnesian War?

Ben Shapiro: That may in fact be the only thing I've never written about!

RK: Ben Shapiro thank you for your book, your time, your talent and your passion.
