Searchlight Plan Fails

Only an idiot would think that the leak of the membership list, the persecution of Adam and Mark Walker and the media outing of BNP members has nothing to do with the passage of final stage of the Employment Bill passing through the House of Lords.

It is obvious that both the release timing and the media stories were designed to show the fact that the BNP had activists and supporters from all professions, and that therefore the Trades Unions needed the legislation to allow them total control over their membership in order to exclude BNP members from the Trades Unions.

They failed though as the whinning little e mail below from Nick Lowles reveals.

Even if they manage to try and get the Judicial Review of the legislation, it will merely mean the government has to pass amending legislation to change the law again. That will take another year or so, and by then the Brownite Junta will probably be out of office - hopefully because the bastards have been found guilty in a court of law for acts of treason, sentenced to capital punishment and are swinging from gibbets all the way around Parliament Square as flocks of ravens feast upon their rotting remains.


Now the legislation to keep an eye on is the policing bill where sections of the government are pushing to prevent legislation that would allow people to be directly elected to local policing boards.

This is why the ACPO perverts, the peeping toms of the Police State, are involved in organising to arrest BNP members and using the BNP list to try and remove BNP member officers. Its their way to help push support for the government rebels that dont want to see the new legislation put on the law books.

They dont want the people to vote for those they are told not to vote for.

Apparently some sections of the government fear that local people may vote for the BNP - which, i believe, used to be called ' The Basis Of Democracy'. It appears that the popular will must be replaced with the demands of the liberal elite.

Despite the best efforts of thousands of people and 15 trade unions we were unable to persuade the Government to alter the section of the Employment Bill relating to the expulsion of fascists from unions. The Government claimed that the legislation was sufficient to incorporate the European Court ruling into British law, but dozens of MPs, unions and every external legal opinion thought otherwise.
Searchlight has been advised by barristers from Cloisters that a challenge to the Bill in the High Court is possible. Under s4(2) Human Rights Act 1998 the High Court can make a declaration declaring that a provision of primary legislation is incompatible with a Convention right. If it makes such a declaration the Government would be instructed to introduce amending legislation. Alternatively, if the High Court rules in the Government’s favour then at least unions would have the necessary legal confidence to move to expel known BNP members, something that is clearly lacking at the moment.
We are now contacting unions to discuss a possible High Court challenge and we will certainly let you know the outcome.
In the meantime I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support. Thousands of people signed our online petition, over 100 MPs were lobbied and 12 union General Secretaries signed our open letter.

Set Up Your Security Cell

This is how to organise a security cell for your area.

This explains how you can form and ensure the security of a lawful security cell that can operate to deal with any direct physical threats against our people.

The suggestions below are entirely lawful and are not being given as any form of inducement to any unlawful actions.

These security cells are simply for self defence.

The security measures that are required are required not to hide what you are
doing because you are doing something wrong or illegal, but because that way it ensures your security from attack by leftist thugs when you set up a security cell.

As long as you act within the law, you have nothing to fear.


1) ONLY USE PEOPLE YOU KNOW AND TRUST 100 % - preferably only use as members of your security cell only family members and very close friends who you have known for years. This is about local people protecting themselves, so use only people you know are trustworthy in your cell and who can attend a local incident quickly.


Each area and locality must organise their own tight security cells.

Make sure you know where your fellow cell members live so that in the event of an incident you know how to get their quickly.

No more than five people in any one cell.

The organiser of the security cell must be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure operation of the cell.

Get yourself 5 pay as you go cheap mobiles with a tenners credit on each one. Give one to each member of the cell.

Keep them plugged in at home or on you.

Do not use these phones for anything else other than in an emergency situation relating to an attack on your property or the property of others.

The minute you use the phone for ordinary calls then the security of that phone is comprimised. If an incident occurs then throw both the phone and its sim card away immediately after the incident.

Do not keep the phone numbers of other cell members on your phone. The only number that should be on your emergency phone is the cell organisers number.

Only the organiser keeps all the phone numbers at hand and contacts the other cell members on their phones in an emergency.

Every phone has a unique handset code number that identifies both the phone handset and the sim card phone number. After any incidents throw both the phone and sim card away. Get a new phone and sim card.

Mention to no-one outside the security cell that the security cell exists.

Never e mail any information about the cell to anyone at any time.

Never talk on your mobile or phone about the cell to any other cell members AT ANY TIME.

Never write down anywhere that your cell exists - leave nothing on any computer or paper that even suggests the cell exists.

You must make sure the cell does not exist - until the moment it is required to be deployed.


2) No more than 5 members in any security cell.

One is the organiser of the cell.

One is the person responsible for financing the cell eg getting a video camera and using it to film any incidents.

One is responsible for the security of the cell eg making sure that new pay as you go phones are replaced in the event of any emergency situation occurring.

One is responsible for post-action clearing up if the cell is involved in any self defence activities eg storing the film footage of the thugs attacking the property of those in the cell.

One is responsible for training and fitness eg martial arts and for explaining the law to the rest of the cell in the event of arrest. Be aware of your rights and the law.

The organiser and cell members must have a car ready 24 / 7 to use if anyone is attacked to attend their property.

Always take a video camera to film the people doing the attacks if they turn up.

That way you can identify them for future legal actions.

If you are filming the people doing the attacks you may wear a face mask in the street to prevent them identifying you.

Wear gloves in case of fingerprints at an incident as the thugs may try and have you arrested by telling lies to the police - so dont make the polices job any easier by leaving fingerprints around at the scene of any incident.

After any incident ensure that any clothes are removed and shoes removed and destroyed as DNA from the persons you may have had to prevent attacking your property may be on your clothes and footprints may be able to be used to identify you were at the incident. The failure of the police as an institution to assist our members when they have been attacked, and also the police persecution of our members, over recent days means we must assume the police are now hostile to us as an institution.

Therefore those involved in the security cell network may not wish to assist the police in their investigations after any incident. Therefore do not make the polices job easy for them.

If you choose to stay and liase with the police after an incident do not mention that the security cell exists - just state that you were rung on a mobile phone and asked to attend to prevent your family and friends being attacked.

It is not a crime to prepare beforehand to look after our own people and property in the event of attack.

The Jewish community in the UK have the Community Security Trust who are trained in the exact same procedures as these in this list by the Police themselves. The ex Met Police Chief Paul Condon acts as an adviser for the CST and the Met Police work with the CST.

We are now going to organise our national security network, the same as the CST.


3) If one person is attacked then the main organiser of the unit must be contacted on the emergency phone to organise the rest of the security unit to attend the incident. Any member of the cell that does not turn to an alert without good reason must face an investigation by the organiser of the cell. If one lets the cell down, then the entire cell is placed at risk.

4) If on attending an incident and violence is being offered by persons against our members or property - THEN MEET VIOLENCE WITH VIOLENCE.

Have the ability to respond with lawful force any attempt to attack you, your family and other BNP members.

Do not wait for THE POLICE - ACT TO PREVENT ANY ATTACKS THEN WAIT FOR THE POLICE TO ATTEND.


In the event of an incident THAT HAS NOT RESORTED TO ANY SORT OF PHYSICAL CONTACT - Once you have the attackers on film and the threat has been dealt with then retreat from the area and ensure the film is safely stored away - not in your own property though - have a property ready to store the film that you and your security cell are not linked too in any way, so that if the police raid you they will not find the film.

It is not against the law to use reasonable force to defend yourself and your property or the lives and property of others.

If you have been threatened with death or a firebombing, as I have many times in the past, then I work with the assumption that anyone attacking my house is there to either kill me or do extreme physical harm to me - That means I may legitimately use extreme force commensurate with that level of harm being applied against me in order to defend myself.

I will use no force other than reasonable defensive force - but force will be met with force.


This is called SELF DEFENCE and SELF DEFENCE is NO OFFENCE.

As the old saying goes ' It is better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 '.


If arrested say NO COMMENT at all times.

Say nothing until you have spoken to a lawyer.

Sign nothing in the police station except to confirm your name and address.

Ask to call your family and then get them to attend the police station and contact the BNP nationally so we can publicise your problems.

NO COMMENT EVERYTHING ELSE THAT THE POLICE ASK YOU.

The police will try and trick you, so just stay silent , say nothing and wait until you see a solicitor.



In times like these we must organise our own defence, not rely on the police or the government to protect us.

We have been attacked, victimised and persecuted and no-one has has helped us - the Church has not condemned the attacks, the police have persecuted us and ignored the attacks on us and the government have done nothing to stop the attacks.

By god, Boris Johnson is a little creep.

If this campaign of persecution were directed at a racial group, an ethnic group or an religious group then there would be hell to pay in the media, but as it a pogrom based on individual political belief and the indigenous people of Britain organising to protect their community interests in our society , it appears that a state sanctioned, media directed and police protected pogrom is allowed in our nation.

This week has revealed that the real fascists in our society are the Liberal Fascists, the Corporate Media, the gutless politicians in the Tory Party that have refused to condemn the leak, the pompous fool Farage that sniggered like an idiot and the rest of the Quizlings, cowards, hypocrites and crawlers that have stayed silent.

This Dehumanisation process as regards BNP members by the government, media and various organisations is the exact same process that occurred in the lead up to the genocide in Rwanda.

This is currently being investigated as a crime against humanity.

If people think our people are going to sit on their hands as they are attacked, and the state does nothing to protect them and their families, then they are sadly mistaken.

This is the process ;

1) First designate your opponents as the enemies of society - in our case the BNP are designated as the 'enemies of the multi-cultural society'. Blame them for fictious woes , such as institutional racism, and for bringing 'disharmony' to the potential 'utiopia' which awaits all society - but only if the scapegoats are got rid off who are responsible for causing all of societies woes.

2) Then begin to dismantle their individual and communal rights to legal protections - such as removing the right of the BNP members to join a trade union at work, thereby leaving them weakened in the workplace and economically marginalised in society. With no money we are not able to defend ourselves.

3) Then pass bans to prevent them working for the State - this is what Hitler did with the Jews when he got into power and what Stalin did those who were opponents of Communism - they were made into 'non-persons' within the state and their civil rights were removed. By banning members from the state jobs, the state only employs those who are willing to arrest, torture, imprison and execute those the state targets as its 'enemies'.

4) The use the media to demonise and attack the group - by demonising the group the idea gets loose in society that the state has sanctioned the attacks on the group and also that the state will not intervene to help the group.

5) When members of the group are attacked the media can blame them as 'criminals' who started the trouble by defending themselves against attack - this then gives the state the pretext to arrest members of the group ' to restore public safety'. The victims are blamed for the actions of the criminals, and the victims are imprisoned and their attackers hailed as 'positive social forces'.


6) Then the arrests, torture and killings can begin as the people are prepared to tolerate the killing and the state apparatus equipped and prepared with people who are willing to do the killing.


When we see where this process of directed dehumanisation of our people leads to genocide, as it did in Rwanda then the time comes for lawful moral, personal, community and national resistance.

We are at Point 4 - soon I fear we will tip into Point 5.

The next two decades will see a world living with the daily threat of nuclear war, environmental catastrophe and the decline of America as the dominant global power, according to a frighteningly bleak assessment by the US intelligence community.

The analysts draw attention to an already escalating nuclear arms race in the Middle East and anticipate that a growing number of rogue states will be prepared to share their destructive technology with terror groups. “Over the next 15-20 years reactions to the decisions Iran makes about its nuclear programme could cause a number of regional states to intensify these efforts and consider actively pursuing nuclear weapons,” the report Global Trends 2025 said. “This will add a new and more dangerous dimension to what is likely to be increasing competition for influence within the region,” it said.

The spread of nuclear capabilities will raise questions about the ability of weak states to safeguard them, it added. “If the number of nuclear-capable states increases, so will the number of countries potentially willing to provide nuclear assistance to other countries or to terrorists.”

The report said that global warming will aggravate the scarcity of water, food and energy resources. Citing a British study, it said that climate change could force up to 200 million people to migrate to more temperate zones. “Widening gaps in birth rates and wealth-to-poverty ratios, and the impact of climate change, could further exacerbate tensions,” it said.

“The international system will be almost unrecognisable by 2025, owing to the rise of emerging powers, a globalising economy, a transfer of wealth from West to East, and the growing influence of nonstate actors. Although the United States is likely to remain the single most powerful actor, the United States’ relative strength – even in the military realm – will decline and US leverage will become more strained.”

Global power will be multipolar with the rise of India and China, and the Korean peninsula will be unified in some form. Turning to the current financial situation, the analysts say that the financial crisis on Wall Street is the beginning of a global economic rebalancing.

The US dollar’s role as the major world currency will weaken to the point where it becomes a “first among equals”.

“Strategic rivalries are most likely to revolve around trade, investments and technological innovation, but we cannot rule out a 19th-century-like scenario of arms races, territorial expansion and military rivalries.” The report, based on a global survey of experts and trends, was more pessimistic about America’s global status than previous outlooks prepared every four years. The analysts also give warning that the kind of organised crime plaguing Russia could eventually take over the government of an Eastern or Central European country, and that countries in Africa and South Asia may find themselves ungoverned, as states wither away under pressure from security threats and diminishing resources..

The US intelligence community expects that terrorism would survive until 2025, but in slightly different form, suggesting that alQaeda’s “terrorist wave” might be breaking up. “AlQaeda’s inability to attract broad-based support might cause it to decay sooner than people think,” it said.

On a positive note it added that an alternative to oil might be in place by 2025.

He is now an Elder Of The Tribe, and must be given due honour as such.

This is a album of epic status - it is the musical equivalent of a Californian Psychedelic Blitzkreig.

It is the album that Charles Manson would make if he wasnt in Prison.

If you thought that My Chemical Romance were the heirs of Queen with the symphonic epic rock album The Black Parade - this album makes The Black Parade sound like a garage band acually playing in a garage.

With instruments made of paper.

This is more than an epic, this is a historical document in its enormity.

I would suggest that this album represents the point when to go any further would only drift off the edge of the musical abyss into pomposity and pastiche. Yet this album rocks.

Yes, rocks.

Its the sort of album you will play when the missues goes out really loud on the stereo doing frantic air guitar whilst ensuring the curtains are fully drawn.

It is like Axl has spent seven years on musical steroids pumping up for the power chords and riffs in this album.

Its like The Hulk, but bigger.

The production is superb, the mood of the album is like an album of Love songs sung during the apocalypse, classic Californian angst, self loathing, decadent excess combined with Fin De Seicle nihilism - it symbolises the fading of the flower of the Californian Dream as it drifts into chaos and psychosis.

This is the album that marks the end of the American Dream and the American Empire.

Axl is the prophet of the end of the hegemony of the US Imperium that has dominated the last half century.

Chinese Democracy is itself a phrase symbolic with the death of US Eagle and the rise of the Chinese Dragon.

This is like the Nine Inch Nails album Year Zero had been remixed by Freddie Mercury himself, or Led Zeppelin remixed by Jim Steinman under the influence of peyote rose.

Imagine ' Capital G ' with an orchestra playing along to the track whilst tanks blast each other to bits with .50 calibre armour tipped machine guns, flamethrowers and atomic missiles.

Ok that may be a bit over the top, but you get the point.

I like this album.

It now ranks alongside the Scars On Broadway album as the best two albums of the year. They cannot be seperated these two albums, for they are two albums that need to be heard together - first Scars on Broadway and then Chinese Democracy. Both capture the Zeitgeist, in that the Scars album is the darkness that is coming and which follows the dusk, whilst Axls album represents the final flowering of the fading light at twilight for the American Dream, when it blushes in scarlet, crimson and gold atop the West, glimmering with celestial fire and starshine just as it slips into the dark womb of the West.

It is the album that reflects the beauty of the rose at the very moment when the grasp of death has chilled its stem and the flowers commence their wilt, and the fading petals are preparing to fall to earth.

It is poignant with its foreboding, as though dominated by a dark spirit that is the prefiguration of an epoch coming to an end.

It is the slickest album of all time - the soundtrack to a summer evening drive with the top down and the warm wind slipping through your hair, which ends up with you driving down a dark desert highway which is policed by Mad Max cops in interceptors as cities burn in the distance all around illuminating the horizon with the sky scorching fires of Ragnarok.
